Japanese and Bahasa Malay or Indonesia are pretty similar in terms of pronunciation method, sound, words, so to be honest I was not so surprise to hear pretty good accent from Malaysian or Indonesian. But not so many would be at the level of Rainych, if you just listen to music, you would not be able to tell if she is native Japanese speaker until she sings the English part.

It is normal for young Indonesians to be able to speak 3 languages and even more. Javanese which is the local language or other local languages. Bahasa as the main language. English for international. Plus 1 or 2, usually Chinese or Japanese and even German are taught as an extra school language.
