Super Mario Bros Mushroom World Pinball Machine Gameplay (HD)

Made by Gottlieb in 1992 under license from Nintendo, and the second Mario Pinball Machine. Mushroom World is rare though as only 519 were made according to the ipdb! The machine could pay out tickets too for redemption gameplay, and this machine is themed around Super Mario Bros 3. Enjoy!

And no, he hasn't passed away. He just retired from his role as Mario. He is now an ambassador for Nintendo from what I've heard with a contract similar to WWE has with their legends like Mick Foley.
