I think that as of right now there isn't enough mana in the item shop to give Kuku a good bonus from his passive. Because not only does it no longer scale off his natural mana, but there just aren't any big impactful amounts of mana in the shop to do anything with such a small bonus. I think a good decent for Kuku would be to change his passive to instead of giving him Int from mana to instead make Int increase his mana and/or mp5 and then give him a second bonus that increases his ability damage based off of his current % of mana. This would lend him to have a more impactful natural combat flow. It would give him a larger bonus at the beginning of a fight and if he builds a certain way it could even let him keep a larger bonus longer. There's also the idea that they instead of the first part just make the bonus larger the more mana he has, while still scaling off his current % of his total.
I think they should keep classes in the game as a way to give a guideline how to make said character. Like in League where you can have Marksman, Support, Fighter, etc etc, and a combination of all the classes, so on so forth. Like lets say Smite wanted to make a Hunter/Guardian, they can while still following the guidelines of those subclasses
It is my opinion that kulkulkan is not exactly undertuned it's just that the other gods are maybe I bit to highly scaled. Kulkulkan seems very reasonable to me

For example, Sol and Neith would make a perfect Mage/Hunter.
