great work, I have the exact same cue lathe. Still an amateur at this, my only problem is I have a lot of BREAKING TIPS falling off on impact. Playing cues hardly ever happens. I tried every glue possible, I let it sit for 24 hrs. any suggestions for a rookie.
Have you tried the glue I used in this video along with accelerate? Sand with 120 grit and use tape to remove dust. I haven’t had any issues with that method

Is there a way to know what tips give the best feel without personally trying each one? How do people pick?
I am continuing a video series on this exact topic! Episode 1 is on the channel. I’ll be doing another one soon
Can you change a conical taper shaft to pro taper
On most shafts, yes
@mulhollenbilliardschannel654 it is a doug perry laminated shaft
As long as it’s not cored or anything it should be fine to pro taper
What's name of that lathe
It’s a cuesmith midsize… great lathe
