I will be sad if you stop making bujo videos, but I hope you will continue making youtube videos of you painting and drawing art like this. That is probably why many of us tune in, you are such a great artist. This painting is beautiful and I also loved the books as a kid.
I've been watching for several years now and bullet journaling since 2018. I have found on my journey though that my needs are changing as I have addressed other areas of my life. I realized my constant needs for lists and plans was mostly my anxiety taking charge of my life. Now I use a simple calendar to track things and my bullet journal as a place for creativity, relection, and introspection. If something no longer serves you, let it go. I love watching you create art, so I selfishly hope some part of that continues in the content that you create.
I love your videos so much! I hope bullet Journaling isn't going to leave from your channel entirely but that being said, if it will, for whatever reasons, that's your deal and I'll definitely stick around for all the reading, cozy, and bookish content! Wish you all the best! ❤
Beautiful setup as always. I am one of your Patreons and I started following you many years ago looking for Bujo inspo. I stopped using physical planners kind of 3 years ago but I still see your bujo videos because I love to see you draw. In my case I enjoy more your bookish videos as I am a crazy bookworm, but your drawings fill my creative heart (I draw digitally) too. ❤❤
Before this video I watched the ''Why you're going to quit'', as I've gotten to a point myself how too time consuming each monthly set-up, theme and design planning has become.. and as fun as the creative process itself was... coming up with themes and planning an entire week to set it up on time for the next month.. let's just say; I was throwing tantrums with myself how I did not wanted to do it, wanting to spend my time elsewhere. So I have a bit of a hunch/assumption for right now, but know your bujo videos are just nice to listen to, very cozy. But when listening to your book-ish reviews and videos (while also not being a big reader myself) I found it fascinating and interesting. I did get inspired to annotate my reactions and feeling when I was reading My Hero Academia School Briefs light novel. Whatever you're gonna do, do what makes you happy 💜
this is such a lovely style for heading deeper into fall! birch trees have always been my favorite 🌿🍁✨ i hope you're doing okay ❤sometimes new seasons arrive in our lives as well & we change accordingly. take your time!
I started following a couple years ago as I set up my journals. And always tune in when I need to work on them. If nothing else, just to listen to the calmness of your voice and to watch you paint. I will also listen in when you do the book reviews while I cross stitch. So even if it’s no longer a bujo set up and it’s just a voice over you painting for fun ❤ I especially loved the Green Gables today.
Your bujo content was great but mostly because of the art and the commentary. I would totally watch you doing bookish illustrations or themed art while you are sharing your thoughts about the book. Originally made it to your channel because of a book journal ideas, ended up watching bujo content the most though. The best part was that it was so creative and inspiring.
Thank you! I often don’t and have to walk away for a while to play piano or read or belt some show tunes and then I’m back at it 😂 in all seriousness I struggle with this, too, which is why I’ve also done so many simple/minimalist/line art themes over the years!
So happy to see a Bujo setup. It’s why I subscribed!! Loved Anne of Green Gables as a kid. My friends and I binge read and then binge watched the series.
What a beautiful Green Gables. I am also one of those who have definitely changed their way of bullet journaling. About one year ago, I realized that I don't need bujo for a calendar since I have the things in my phone's calendar anyway. After that I felt relieved and nowadays I use my planner as a diary and for spontaneous art work.
I’ve gone back and forth between using a BUJO and using a journal and a planner (current set up). I actually enjoy your art, and the soothing aesthetic, and when you ‘teach’ about a subject far more than the actual BUJO portion of your videos, FWIW :)
First, I loved Anne as a kid, too! Love this theme. Wow, that painting! 😍 Sounds like you're having a hard time with your bujo, or your life, and I thought I'd try and offer an outsider's perspective you might like to hear; you got me into bullet journaling and convinced me to express my artwork more. Full stop. Your channel has been a light in the dark, whether it's about your reading or bullet journal, and while I watch more of your bullet journal content, I definitely check all of them. I love watching your paintings, especially, as often as you do them. I've listened to your voiceovers and some of the advice you've offered about things you tried that worked better or worse... you've impacted how I think about painting and artwork, and I appreciate your advice since I've learned a lot from it! You've helped me accept I don't have to be a professional artist to paint or to enjoy painting, and I love art so much. I hope you know that you've touched people with your channel, and whether you're ready to change your content for any reason or you're just tired of some aspects... I hope you take a deep breath and know there's a random internet person thinking wonderful things about you. Sending good vibes. However you like to think of it. I hope you have a lovely day.
This is so incredibly kind and thoughtful, thank you so much ❤️ sometimes it’s easy to feel like just one voice among many online. It’s easy to forget that even one video can impact someone else in a lasting way, and I very much appreciate the reminder ❤️❤️
You are my favorite RUclipsr because I love the generally calm content with sometimes passionate rants about certain books or topics. I love your art, both the videos themselves and everything you create in them. Your videos spike my interest in creative hobbies and reading. If bullet journaling no longer is for you, that is your decision to make and your channel is filled with plenty of wonderful content for us to enjoy. I personally wouldn't miss a thing. I'd be thrilled if you still showed painting content though ❤
I absolutely love this. You really captured the beauty of autumn and made me nostalgic even though I have yet to read the series. Gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous.
i bullet journal but since i have been doing it since 2018, i know what i need functionally so i typically watch bujo content for art inspo! so if you quit bullet journaling i would still love to see some art content here & there! but i will stay no matter what as i love bookish content :)
This is beautiful! I love Anne of Green Gables, one of my favourite books of all time! Haven’t read the rest of the series since I was a kid though, you’ve inspired me! If you need a break, you take it, or whatever you need to do, we’ll be here!
I love watching your videos and admire your talent for painting, drawing, and anything that features your creativity. I have been journaling since I was 13, which was decades ago, and to be really honest, it was your video of the rolling weekly that made me try it in mine. I find your voice soothing, your fun facts subtly incorporated in some of your monthly setups, as very informative. I'm not going to lie, I did wonder about the October edition. Sometimes, things happen in life that we don't see coming, and instinctively, we just adapt and adjust. I am glad that you are back with your November setup despite whatever it was that kind of sidelined your usual video posting. Like what I always say, I love autumn because it reminds us that there is beauty in letting go and change. Pls know that everything will eventually be okay. I'm looking forward to watching more videos of your painting, your crafts, and your voice because that is what makes you uniquely, gorgeously you. You have an avid fan, follower here.
I was so happy when I saw the title of your video because it is also my November theme 🧡 I love your painting of green gables, you're right it gives such a cosy autumnal vibes. I based my theme on the Netflix adaptation but I'm currently listening to the original books for the first time, I enjoy it as much. If you want to listen to some French, you can watch my November plan with me video, I hope you'll like my collage version of green gables 🧡
Looking great! Glad you were able to find a place that you could call it 'done' -- I find this one of the hardest tasks of all, and have SO many WIP's because I dreaded getting too close to overworking. Honestly, I'm down with simpler bullet journaling. I watch youtubers make gorgeous spreads more for the art than for the journaling aspect, if that makes sense? It's fun, it's practical, but it's not something I'm able to maintain for years at a time myself. My journals wind up being empty except for super-basics like mood and period trackers, even though I start with the best of intentions! 😭Seeing others who do beautiful work ALSO looking for minimalist layouts for lower energy periods of time makes me feel more seen, if that makes sense.
I always love your art and watching the process of it coming to be! Obviously you didn’t say specifics in this video but if it turns out BuJo content isn’t a good fit for you anymore I hope you still find a way to incorporate visual art content of some sort moving forward ❤
It’s usually the messiest sketch ever trying to figure out the layout, several more layers of messiness, then a cleaner/more accurate version of the various elements on a few different layers that I can move around to get the composition just right! Sometimes I also decide the colour palette digitally before I get started ❤️
I'll be interested to see if the way you feel right now lines up with anything you said in your "you will quit bujo" video a while back. Oh, you thought we forgot about that? 😆
To be fair I haven’t rewatched that video in years so I don’t remember everything I said, but I do remember wanting to have a nuanced, non judgmental take about the pressures of sharing your art/creations online!
I will be sad if you stop making bujo videos, but I hope you will continue making youtube videos of you painting and drawing art like this. That is probably why many of us tune in, you are such a great artist. This painting is beautiful and I also loved the books as a kid.
Totally agree!

Thank you 🥹 I appreciate the support and I hope my channel will always be a cozy place to land no matter where life takes you (or me!) ❤️
The reason you missed October is because life happens! Sending lots of love 💕 from sunny 🌞 Arizona 🌵 USA. Take care of yourself and each other 😷
Oh I love this so much! You nailed it, so cozy and comforting and lovely
Thank you! I’m so glad you liked it ☺️❤️

i started bullet journaling mostly because of u and amanda rach lee. now im 20 and can barely do without it!

I’m glad I can keep you company while you create! I deeply value the creators who do the same for me so I feel honoured to be counted among them ❤️

Wow, how gorgeous!! I only wish I had the patience for so much detail. Hope all is well with you. You do you and we will all come along for the ride.

I also read and loved all of L. M.
Montgomery’s works as a kid and teen. My favorite has always been The Blue Castle.
Hi Elizabeth, you certainly do have your art style! All the details and hours you added in makes your fine artwork unique and feasts our eyes!
Anne of Green Gables is probably one of my favorite stories as well so your cover was just perfect! Very nostalgic.
That's a lovely painting. Well done

Dear Elizabeth, whatever your plans are for the future, I hope you are doing what is best for you and your family
