I did not receive this teaching before I experienced this: 15 min of meditation each day changes the 3d world I live in. Walking in nature with a meditation each day for 30 minutes thins the 3d walls, and allows me to see the synchronicities the universe has gifted me and I act on some of these. This is my meditation, this is my view, and this is my action. Selflove is a key ingredient and he explained that...lol. Good Teaching! I love it!

Lama Lena's translation is excellent, clearly showing that she is not just a translator but a practitioner as well. However, I wish she could have allowed Lama Wangdor to finish entire sentences in Tibetan before she starts translating. It makes it very difficult for Tibetan audience to listen to his teaching. Thank you both for making these teachings available at this time.

I agree. There is also a cadence in Lama Lenas delivery that smacks of hypnotic trace induction, the slow deliberate over enunciation makes it very hard for me to trust, its a trick so commonly used by religious people that i'm certain she has no need of and would benefit from getting rid of.

I think meditation is great but I can't help but cringe at supernatural stories like a teacher coming in the form of a rainbow to communicate with his student. It ruins all credibility for me, unfortunately.... and then it becomes hard to continue with the rest.
