Umm Sasuke didn't use ALL of the tailed beast chakra, and also Naruto was gifted ten tails chakra from sage of six paths so Naruto had half of the Ninetails along with a piece of a each of the tailed beasts.

It is a little bit stupid comparing that naruto beat Pain as suggestion of power. They have a very different power, and they are almost equal. Sure Sasuke was not able to defeat Pain in the same age as naruto, but in the same time naruto would not be able to defeat Itachi. Naruto had a very strong weakness of genjutsu, and even the most simple one was effective against him, which Itachi had used. Not even talking about stronger once. Overall naruto and sasuke are almost equal against each other, but not against others.
Ok... I tried to say that if naruto defeated Pain, it doesn't mean that he is automatically stronger than sasuke. I talked here about Itachi because he was able to kill naruto with any genjutsu, if wanted to, but wasn't able to do the same with Sasuke.
It is dependant on who uses the Humanoid Susanoo and how they use it. For example, I believe someone like Madara Uchiha using the Humanoid Susanoo can stop Sage Mode or Kurama Chakra Mode Naruto. Considering KCM 1 Naruto and Killer Bee were equivalent to Itachi, Madara should be more than enough to stop kcm 1 or sage mode naruto let alone humanoid susanoo.

Even if sage mode Naruto could dodge Amaterasu at a distance, there's no way he's dodging it if Sasuke casts it when they are right next to each other. And Kirin is just flat out broken. It flashes in 1/1000th of a second and can destroy an entire mountain. Do you think sage mode Naruto can react and move the distance of an entire mountain in that time frame?

It is a little bit stupid comparing that naruto beat Pain as suggestion of power. They have a very different power, and they are almost equal. Sure Sasuke was not able to defeat Pain in the same age as naruto, but in the same time naruto would not be able to defeat Itachi. Naruto had a very strong weakness of genjutsu, and even the most simple one was effective against him, which Itachi had used. Not even talking about stronger once. Overall naruto and sasuke are almost equal against each other, but not against others.

It is dependant on who uses the Humanoid Susanoo and how they use it.

Naruto gets more speed and perception with sage mode but there's no evidence that he reaches Raikage levels to dodge Amaterasu. Even if sage mode Naruto could dodge Amaterasu at a distance, there's no way he's dodging it if Sasuke casts it when they are right next to each other.
And Kirin is just flat out broken. It flashes in 1/1000th of a second and can destroy an entire mountain. Do you think sage mode Naruto can react and move the distance of an entire mountain in that time frame?

100 percent proof that sage mode is stronger, Naruto beat all of the pains with sage mode and Sauske could not do that in a million years with just the mangekyou sharingan.
