    given problem breadth and depth(height)of the beam is 0.01, but you have applying 0.1...?.that is wrong..!?

    bro in ansys 18 real constants is not taking its showing link180 not supported in stepped bar problems

      First of all i would link to thank you for watching my video. As you mentioned, YES in ANSYS 18.1 real constant for link180 does not support, so what you have to do is go to, Sections(in preprocessor)--link--add--id(give any id number,say 1)--SECDATA(here give the value of area) and continue with procedure. THANK YOU.

      but there is no list results in post processor will ansys 18 support Windows 8

      yes it will support. but i think there might be an error in your installation procedure, i am running ansys 18.1 on windows 10 and i have no issues.
