Only real way to get better fps is to buy a high end pc. Running in performance mode shown in the video will get your highest fps for your pc currently. Great video
No not even close exit lag is way better I used both of them and exit lag software easy simple gives u fps boost and reduce delay exit lag is on top and pros are using it
