Been watching basketball for a long long time, and unless KU plays like 2018 Villanova where they outshoot everyone, they won't win it. Just no "in yo face, so you're gonna have to deal with me" type inside presence. Unless he turns the switch like David McCormack did during the run, it wont happen, but it just might! Yall definitely have the guard play bar none to win the championship and elite guard play does win the tournament now, but a steady, consistent, dominant, inside presence helps keep defenses honest so they don't just guard the perimeter players.

Agree. He never takes a bad one though. And that's important. I listed to some shmucks talking about what a bad game he had the other night after he shot 2 for 7. But he had 9 assists, 3 steals and 5 rebounds. C'mon man, he's an old school point guard and a lock down defender who doesn't turn it over. But when he's attacking and shooting, not only does he score, he pulls more defensive attention and that opens up seams for cutters and lobs.

KU was down by as many as 17 then in the second half we fought back and got the W this was a nice hard fought tough win!!
