Please help! I got mine and it is spinning. Which quick mount should I buy that has these holes preventing spinning?

Hi, what do you mean by spinning? Is it that when you go to tighten the mount the mount is not being tightened by the screw section or the amount that you got does not have the holes to lock into the base of the action pole?
Now, if you have bought the official DJI action pole with remote. They should be two notches opposite each other now the amount you need to get comes with the DJI Action 2. If you haven’t got this mount, please look on Amazon or DJI website. The mount is called “ the swivel mount for the DJI Action 2” that mount
has two holes located in the base of the mount that locates when fitting to the two notches on either side of the male screw thread. I hope this helps 👍🏾🇬🇧

Yes & No, Yes you can start & stop recording and photos, Timelapses, etc. No as you cannot change settings or switch on/off the camera.

Yes, it does but some functions are temperamental, like you may have to push the mode button twice.👍🏾🇬🇧

Yes, you can start and stop RECORDINGS and take PHOTOS
No, you cannot get certain a readouts on the remote on which frame rates (some of them) and by spotty. In the future I will be doing video on this.👍🏾🇬🇧

I think because they came out with the Selfie stick with the magnetic mount (which is now DJI standard) the remote will do for the both of them. They just need to update the remote.👍🏾🇬🇧

@@dickiespostman3648 Easy as, is there a way to purchase the remote seperate as got the other stick when I bought it all in one go? (Gotr a small tripod attachment for the rod too.)

Not at the moment, but give it time as DJI goes more into the action camera sector, there will come out with a GoPro style remote ( like Insta360 new remote)👌🏾
