WE 202 with F1 receiver. The ringer box probably has the 101 induction coil
(Speech network) which connects the dial, switch hook and receiver leads and incoming phone line.
The Western Electric 302
Introduced in 1937 incorporated all the needed components inside the set eliminating the external ringer box.
