I have had this meal in her home out in East Hampton!! She makes everything look so easy. That is a true star. I cannot say enough about my magnetic GP. for god's sake she literally cleaned her hands at 3:45 and she had the clean towel on her shoulder the whole damn time to clean her hands one thing for sure Gwyneth is healthier and cleaner than all of us combined so stop giving silly remarks

Small world...both my Mom And Grandmother made roasted chicken and potatoes the same way...they were Italian.

Another tip from England. Wiping your hands on a tea towel does not clean your hands, use soap& water.
