Nice! Looks delicious. I have pandan paste. Can i dilute it in water to use as pandan juice? If yes, how much pandan paste should I use to make 240 g pandan juice? Thanks!
Please ask, can we use pandan leaves in powder form and what percentage of the powder do we use? And if using pandan powder, do we still use the same amount of water? Thanks🙏🏻💕
I would assume you use the same amount of water but that more for the liquid to flour ratio. I making this bread at the moment and I used Pandan Extract. I used about a Tablespoon of pandan extract. Not sure if it’s too much or not. I only use the extract in cake.
Blend Pandan leaves with very minimal water. Keep the Pandan water in fridge for a few days to let the concentrated juice settle at the bottom. Use the bottom concentrated juice and discard the top clearer part.
From other recipes I have seen. It’s okay if it’s sticky just make sure it’s stretchy and smooth and shiny. Also that it’s able to clean the bowl. Also at long it’s able to do the window pane test
im making this at the moment and currently proofing.. the proofing duration has been going for around 1.5 hours and it only proofed like a 30mins dough😭
240g concentrated pandan juice seems like a lot... after blending abt 150g pandan leaves and letting it sit, we usually only get around 50g of that concentrated pandan juice. is there a particular recipe you use to obtain such a large quantity of pandan juice? thanks!
@@autumn.kitchen may I ask what is the weight of pandan leaves used for your concentrate in this recipe? just to get the right flavour. I made your recipe ytd for 1 loaf with 300g pandan leaf.. think it's too much, but the texture is really good!!

Hi, since in msia is hot and humid, does the liquid ingredients need to be cold ? Every time I do bread is so hard can throw and kill pp
Usually i use all cold ingredients including flour etc. final dough temp try not to exceed 26C
@@autumn.kitchen thank you, if is cold will it affect the yeast activity?
@@autumn.kitchen so at which step you will measure dough temp
Can this recipe replaced with other variations? Like chocolate or matcha.. what to change on the recipe?

Underbake or Over proof
謝謝老師回复! 🌻
super yummy great make cake
Hi Autumn Kitchen I just baked this wonderful loaf. It’s yummy. My dough is a bit wet. Is it bcos my pandan juice is not concentrated.
From other recipes I have seen. It’s okay if it’s sticky just make sure it’s stretchy and smooth and shiny. Also that it’s able to clean the bowl. Also at long it’s able to do the window pane test
妳好,請問妳的攪拌機是買那一家廠商

Hi again. If I were to replace 7 gm instant yeast with sourdough starter, how many grams of starter should I use pls?
the recipe need adjustment beside directly substitution
Ok. Thanks.
Nice video! Will love to try this out. May I know if I can substitute the coconut milk and pandan extract with just milk?
Yes you can
It just wouldn’t be as fragrant. Coconut and Pandan pair perfectly together. It helps bring out the flavor.
Can I know what is the purpose of piping butter in between the loaves?
Delay the grove to harden in baking, so the bread can bloom better
Ok. Thank you.

Yes. Just try with 1-2tsp
@@autumn.kitchen Thank you!
Did your bread stick to the loaf pan? How do you prevent it from sticking?
I use non stick loaf tin. You can either line your tin or grease it
Can I substitute coconut milk with other liquid? Milk?
Yes you can use milk
