Whatever was goimg on with the caller the Trooper handled it very nicely. He made every effort to make sure nothing serious was going on with the caller. Most importantly he didn't take the callers dignity away from him. When people complain about the police they should realize that the kind of interaction that took place in this video is happening many many times every day all over this country.
