Thank you! I just bought one second hand! I’m using a sterilizer for the first time ever lol… I thought it was too fast and figured maybe mine was broken. (Bought second hand) …
But you said it takes 7 minutes and yours was brand new!!! So then it is just that fast lol… Thanks for the review!!!!

Soon to be FTM here. Thank you for this video. I was reading the instructions and wanted to make sure the water did in fact go where indicated because for some reason I was doubting myself... I'll just blame it on my pregnancy brain 😅

mine burned, it works perfectly and I have 2 months with it but once all the water was consumed and it burned, is there any way to clean it?

      I have the same problem
It looks burned, and I cannot take it off

yes that is just the minerals in the water. remember it is a heat plate and it will "burn out" all the water to steam. clean the heat plate with vinegar.

typically vinegar will clean it off. or you can use any kind of descaler

Soak it in vinegar and water for long time it will clean up right away but don’t use tap water for that will cause the burner to burn the minerals in water use distilled instead for that is recommended.

Any water is fine? Or does it have to be distilled

does it dry or some water is still left

    • @simpledadreviews6682

no it doesn't dry, there is water left over. but you can transfer to a drying rack to air dry, they do sell one with a drying feature.

Excuse me, can you know why the sterilizer does not turn on? I already cleaned it, put it back in place, put water on it once more, unexpectedly it doesn't turn on.
