Can I tight psoas muscle lead to lower back pain. I have tried so much to relieve my pain in my back and I feel an odd tightness in the areas you mentioned. I just wasn't sure if this could help with lower back pain. Thanks and great video.

Hi! For sure. The Psoas muscle is deeply intertwined with back pain. It's one of our first go to's when clients complain of back pain is to check the Psoas - release and teach clients how to stretch.

Do you only do the one side?

i would recommend doing both sides and you can spend more time on the side that is tighter for you.
