I believe you put something bitter on his hands to stop him from sucking his thumb. Over and over, he puts his thumb in his mouth and takes it out right away. That is one reason he is so agitated. The monkeys feel calmer when they can suck their thumbs. They also need to cling to a stuffed animal or towel in order to feel safe. You are unbelievably cruel to a tiny suffering baby.
Yep, and the poor little thing wouldn’t need to suck its thumb if it wasn’t took from its mother, monkeys sucking their fingers is a sign of mental distress and can cause infection on those fingers. But because it has no mother to suckle on this is what it does what a shame.
