Uuuf after going through a traumatic event that literally made me depressed, anxious and with the lowest self esteem. Thank you for this!!! It’s been almost 5 years that I’ve been practicing what you’ve said in this video and I have felt myself coming back to life and rediscovering who I am at this point in my life. Rebuilding my confidence will be an ongoing journey because there will always be that little voice in my head, I just don’t give it the power over me anymore. Love love love this!!!
Fake it til you make it is so true! I was super insecure after getting cheated on 6 years ago. I absolutely hated myself… but now I’m so confident in myself and i love myself a little too much tbh. If you’re constantly hyping yourself up, you begin to believe it. I also made a baddies playlist with hype and uplifting music and am always listening to it when i’m getting ready or driving somewhere!
How you view yourself is how others may view you. When I was insecure I was constantly being disrespected. Once I became confident in myself I started receiving the respect from people I deserved and people are always telling me i’m a bad b*tch 😇

Such a nice message🇫🇮 What comes to hyperpigmentation and similar problems (not acne), I have learned that gut bacteria actually fixes my face 100% - as long as I remember: no alcohol, fiber, enough to eat, macronutrients.
Yes!!!! My eczema flares up in my face when I’m eating bad and not drinking enough water 😩
@@gabrielzamora Same. Plus if I drink alcohol I get red patches similar to exzema as well. So no alcohol for me (for multiple reasons). But once the gut bacteria is ok - I use probiotics- and eating porridge in the morning, water, avoiding all bad liquids including cow milk - at least my skin clears up in a month.

I want to learn how to be as confident as you! I feel like I’ve lost or missed out on so many good opportunities because of my lack in confidence. :( I’ve always been told I have nothing to be insecure about but I feel like that’s something that I have to fix within myself instead of hearing it from others although I always appreciate the nice comments. I remember a few years ago i was wearing this foundation and my tio went in for a hug and i got scared bc he was wearing a white shirt and thought i was gonna stain it with my makeup and surprisingly it did not transfer at all 😅🥲
