    Michael was a Made Man. I wouldn't be surprised if he ever carried out a hit.

      He's done a very good job of creating uncertainty around any crimes he may or may not have committed.
      Learned that from his father. Never talk about a crime you commit, a lesson I hopefully never have to use but a really smart one to know.

    ❤️ the reaction! Both of my grandfathers brothers were both in the Philadelphia Mob. 1 of them was a bookie ( controls gamblings and money ) and was never heard or scene from again and the other is still in the Philadelphia mob today... whats weird was my grandfather was in the FBI, so he was in the FBI while they were and still in the Mob

    His own dad, Sonny Franzese, actually gave the green light on his hit.

      Imagine how his dad felt, I doubt he felt good about it.

    • @EternalVirgin

      It gets even more fucked up when you consider that the reason he was even in that life was because he was trying to save his dad from a 50 year sentence.

    Can someone please explain to me why USA has a "statue of limitations" because I don't get it, I mean a crime is a crime no matter how many years ago you did it. In South Africa we don't have that.

    • @Heatwave9000
      @Heatwave9000 2 года назад

      Cuz USA is a third world country

    • @requiemlul3140
      @requiemlul3140 2 года назад +1

      Because the US justice system is gernerally dumb. I dunno tho might just be that a person could have changed since then.
      Also, some crimes just aren’t worth it. I mean, what if someone consumed an illegal substance 5 years ago and didn’t again? That’s not worth it to do a whole trial over.

    • @therandom58
      @therandom58 2 года назад +6

      Simply bc the crimes that have statue of limitations (not all of them do) are not “serious enough” to warrant prosecution years later. Like say a guy robbed a bank 25 years ago but he’s an old man with grandkids now. What does bringing him in even do anymore? Majority of the money is most likely gone and he’s not even the same guy anymore. Serious crimes like rape, murder, etc. have no statue of limitations. U can be on ur death bed and they can still legally try to prosecute u.

    There's no way he didn't kill anyone. We need to stop respecting these people, killing another person is unforgivable. This man isn't a good person, he's an evil person who got out in order to save himself and his family
