1. Thankyou for starting by age of 30, other people start it with 22-25 and it always brings depression.
2. Generally a common man does not even think that he can also reach that amount of 100Cr, so thankyou for making it sound realistic.
3. These calculators are so much fun, I guess everyone do these calculations(5-10Crs), so eager to see will it match my investment portfolio at age 60.

We'd need to adjust these amounts(100CR) for inflation as well. Its value in the future wouldn't be the same as is 100CR's today.

as long as you pay the annual subscription, they will find ways to keep it going..BTW you will get a good experience in a few years, and then won't be in need of spoon feeding.
For 100 crores. Scenario 3 is possible. Husband and Wife putting in 60k per month for 30 years. By the time they retire they will have 100 crores. So marry early and marry a good partner. Then start saving and investing. Definitely possible.

At 14% CAGR , money doubles every 5 yrs . If you had 1 CR when u are 30 and did no additional investment you could make 64Cr by the time you are 60 and 124 cr by the time you are 65 . Compounding magic

For a common man the real challenge is to earn interest more than FD without losing capital. All these 10, 15, 20% CAGR based computations are good to get more views and likes but they don't really help.

The truth is 100 crores 40 years from now is like 12 crores today. Inflation is such a powerful force. But still a crore is no laughing matter . Best of luck with your first. It will get easier from there :)
