To reach Parashar Lake from Kullu, you will have to hire a taxi. After visiting the lake, do try the parathas and rajma chawal available at stalls outside. You can also visit Sukhasar Lake which is very close to Parashar Lake.
Covering Bijli Mahadev Temple on the same day may be a bit of a rush. However, you can cover other places in Kullu such as the Vaishno Mata Temple and Raghunathji Temple. The Sultanpur / Rupi Palace is viewable only from outside, unless you have prior permission.
At the end of the day, we left for Naggar, catching the last bus of the day at 6:10 pm.
