As long as you know the artist can really sing, I don't see why autotune is a problem. They were trying to give a sort of Fetty Wap vibe, and they slayed it because it was lit yo. Autotune ain't just for people who can't rap/sing, it's a tool for artists. I loved Lotto from the first listen tbh.
My issue is that it feels like overkill because it is the whole song. I don't see anything wrong with a song having autotune in it. But because I personally don't think autotune sounds good, this song becomes almost painful to listen to. I like the beat, I like the video, but it will definitely take some time to get used to the song as a whole.

people don't get that nowadays auto-tune is used for its affect on the music, like a certain style, rather than improving singing. For example you wouldn't use it in a ballad but in a more up beat song.

Then use autotune. the autotune made the song interesting in my opinion
Actually I felt like the auto tune made the song better. It really fits the genre of the song and the concept as well. With any other EXO song it would have sounded weird but for lotto in particular i thought it fit perfectly. I mean besides, we all know EXO can sing without it lol no need for the auto tune to prove anything. I admit it was a bit overwhelming the first listen but after that it sorta a last priority to point out.
