Happy Sunday everyone! It's a long weekend here in Canada and goodness me does it feel weird not to be able to socialize and be outside like normal. We are said to be having a few restrictions lifted this Tuesday and I am wondering where you are watching from and what life is like for you over there?! Sending love as always x
Sat watching your vlogs here in Good old Blighty, usually watch on a Sunday evening but had a bit of spare time before the German bundesliga game starts on tv Cracking job and great viewing 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Hahah well in a crazy world like this we may just get lucky enough and have one home on the North American continent and another on the African continent 😂
Hey, i just want you to know that you guys have definitly inspired me to do a van conversion. Its my dream to travel the world and when i first started watching your videos i was 13 now im 14 and ive been saving up im about to turn 15 getimg my permit amd i have already saved up thousands of dollars to get a van so i can convert it my junior year with my nana...♡︎♡︎ THANK YOU
I'm very proud of you. I want to do the same and I'm 45 but I'm groan and my daughter will be going off to college she's 14 too. I will love to bulid out a van and travel the world when she goes off to college. And during her school breaks. You keep saving and film your van journey as well.
I swear I love your dad. He’s so funny & sweet. He reminds me of the male version of my grandma. It would be so funny to see them two together 😂😂 I love you guys. I look forward to every Sunday.
Eamon & Bec ya same! Collectively we will all get through this together...oh I was talking about adjusting to this new change on the comments section 😆 thanks for the upload guys! I’m living vicariously through you guys of traveling the world in a van 🚐
the website version on mobile still has the comments at the bottom. so i see people commenting about this and i still have no idea what they're talking about cuz i dont have the app or anything xD
Spray foam for the win! That looks way easier than stuffing little puffs all over the place. It sounded less echo-y. Isn't Trinity getting jealous? Great job you guys!
Love you guys! I just did my van insulation and spent like forever researching it. I was going to go with spray foam, but in the end chose wool bats for my insulation due to the toxicity and for the rusting issue. With a metal skin there is nothing you can do about condensation on the inside. The issue with spray foam is that it holds moisture against the metal of the van and over time rusts it from the inside out. Not sure about mould too due to this. Wool, imho, is by far the best. its doesn't hold moisture and allows proper draining of condensation, repels mould and is not toxic at all. Interesting note from another comment about van warping with spray foam.
I've been rewatching this van build series and it's so surreal to remember the time at the beginning of covid. Just like me and everyone else, you guys had your lives uprooted and were thrown into chaos. It's honestly healing to go back a watch now that the future is more secure and your lives are in such a different place now!
I normally don’t comment on YT. But your music selection guys. Oh my days. I’m living for it. Such a small upgrade in the vlogs that just makes a huge difference. Love you guys❤️❤️.
It’s 6:06AM here in Los Angeles, I haven’t been to sleep yet cuz...quarantine insomnia, and now I’m definitely not going to sleep because I am so thrilled I got this upload notification lol
If you keep blinking your eyes really fast it tricks your brain and for most people will fall asleep in 5-10 minutes. As for myself its about 3-4 minutes.
Sorry to hear you're having a crappy day Sophie! I (Bec) was up all night with some sort of stomach bug so I can definitely relate. Being able to connect with our community and read so many amazing comments is definitely putting a smile on my otherwise concerned-looking face 😂
Wow this is so cool to watch. Has anyone ever actually built a van from scratch with no everyday handyman experience? Eamon and Bec seem ULTRA HANDY AF lol. So inspiring!
You'll be thankful, that you did the sound deadening! The foam itself, while having excellen thermal insulation qualities, only has minimal sound deadening qualities.
We also paid someone to spray foam our bus conversion. It was such an easy way to insulate our home. Definitely, money well spent! Also, you guys are in serious beast mode. The van will be converted in no time!!! 🙌🔥
I'm in the coastal mountains Northern California. It's been rainy and the birds are a singing in the forest. We're allowed to drive 50 miles from our home to "recreate" while social distancing. Not sure how that's going to work out but after two months at home it's good enough just to drive to the coast and look at the ocean. Love your vids. It's one of my happy places!
It must be amazing for Bob to have his son around and be on the sideline building this fan, because normally he is always traveling. It is very special to share this with your father also. Especially at this time.
You guys are the only ones I can actually sit and wait for to see the building process. I don’t mind it because y’all are entertaining, happy and there’s always something going on.
You two are just 'Classics' together, your a lucky guy Eamon to have such a not only beautiful but an able partner who also enjoys the work, well done to you both. I too am working on a van albeit on a smaller scale, but here in Australia not so worried about the cold.
I have watched so much Max and Lee... when Max wrote on his van that he hoped he wouldn't "Eamon it" I just had to check you guys out. It was a good decision. Started my own off grid VW van at 17 a couple months a go and you guys have given me great advice.
First of all: You two are amazing - I love your channel! One question: Is it a good idea to put the electric wiring under / in the spray foam? Correct me if I'm wrong, but in case of a broken cable one would have a tough time replacing it?!
Hi! Watching from Delaware in the states. I’m a teacher who is teaching remotely during this time. Wow, has this been crazy. Teachers had to relearn how to do our jobs in no time flat. Thank goodness for Zoom. We’ve been on fairly strict quarantine orders. Only essential trips out of the home. The governor is moving us to Phase 1 of reopening beginning June 1st. I’m so ready to get back to some kind of normal. I’m an introvert but I miss people. Thank you for your videos. I look forward to them each Sunday. You guys are so fun to watch! Take care!
This brings back MEMORIES. I remember getting a similar phone call and putting sound deafening in during my breaks in-between teaching. My cuts got progressively worse as well.
HAHAHA wow what a specific thing to be able to relate to 😂!! Glad we're not the only ones who may have done a botched job on their sound deadening lol!
I can attest to all the work required on the inside before the finished walls and trim go on. I recently finished a super-mini van based on an NV200. Not a square angle or flat surface anywhere. Lots of blind cavities where I had to cut to fit and then roll up the insulation and apply like building a ship in a bottle. I finished it out with NZ wool then real oak panels. Floor was reflective foam strips to fill in the depressions so it would be flat to then place the luan and Interlocking thick vinyl tile. Maxair fan, DC fridge ,200 watts solar and 200Ah batteries. I thought it took forever to complete Cut and try, cut and try, cut and try.... ad infinitum. I did it for my GF. She loves it!!!
I m fan for quite a while but today my just 4 year old is an even bigger fan of you two😍 we watched together and she deffinately loves Beck when she dances and clappes my little girl is dancing and clapping too wish you could see it. But also the building she is very serious into it. Now she is watching another eppisode, I want more she said 😂😂😂 We are Dutch, also travelled a part of the world and living now in the South of Portugal at the sea. You are welcome to stay with us 😀
I’m loving the process and how it’s all coming together beautifully !! I can’t wait to see the final result🙈 Sunday isn’t Sunday without watching one of your videos
WOW sure have been getting her done this week. Love the idea of the shower and roof fans. With the insulation it should stay warm in wither and cool in the summer. Excellent work. Old time with Bob being around. Hi! Bob. See you next Sunday. Love y'all
Bob and the condoms hahaha. Another top vlog guys! We wish we could pop over to help you guys out like you helped us. Loving this series! Ps, it's Aimee's birthday next saturday so Bob, you know what to do! Big loves guys x
You are such an inspiration on many many many points. Talking about van build, van life, lifestyle, and so on... Love you guys! (From a French man living in Australia)
Watching from Nova Scotia, just getting off of a long shift but Sunday wouldn't be complete without watching your weekly video! Best part of travel being cut short: more Bob appearances!
Bless you guys, hope you're well! When u went to Lake District, you were so close to where my famiky are all from, hope you love it there as much as we do!
I wanna see a van build that has a totally different layout. Would love to see the kitchen at the back where you could open the doors and look out to the view.
Our friends Max and Lee have this sort of layout and are actually looking to sell their van soon so stay tuned as I'm sure we'll share about it when it's ready!
Mufasa Kitchen in the back means no garage, or very little, and perhaps a non permanent bed that you’ll have to be doing and undoing daily. You can obtain most of kitchen views if you place the kitchen against the side door that also opens.
I am building my 170xt right now . I am installing a sliding door inside behind the van slider so I can leave van slider open when parked. Also the rear I will be enclosed with windows and an a/c unit with counter and sink. Also I can leave rear doors open .
Watching from Denver, Colorado! We all are (well most of us) are wearing masks and gloves and slathering on the hand sanitizer while out and about. Some businesses opened last week like barbers and salons, but many are still unsure of how far to open back up. It will be a slow process, but it will happen as this is temporary and gradual to get back to the new normal! You guys all Rock! Bob is a hoot! Happy Spring everyone!
Always fun to see where you are at in the build! We are in Minnesota, and most restrictions have been lifted. No bars, gyms, etc... open up yet. Malls and retail are open, but with only 1/2 the number of people can be in the space at a time. Social distancing is still in place. Masks are encouraged. Some places are requiring them. But people 65 and older, or with autoimmune problems. diabetics, cancer, heart, etc.... are supposed to stay home. If you can work from home you are required to. I have to stay home, and my husband can work from home so we are doing okay. Ordering online. Shopping once every 2 weeks is hubby's job. I have the Costco membership, so I go out once a month, if necessary to shop at the store. Hoping to be able to get out of the city and go camping in the coming weeks.
Ah nothing beats the satisfying feeling of getting that first piece of the van finalized. The fan looks great! Also, so jealous of all the tools Eamon is working with. I'm sure it makes the build just a tad bit easier.
Hey!! As a fellow Ontarian, I wondered how van life is here in Ontario. I am ecstatic about your spray foam. All my construction friends I talk van builds with say spray foam.. especially here in -30C. Eban...thanks for trusting Bec with sharp tools and not just the paint brush. Last vid cutting the strapping etc. Bec... well done girl!! Know you can build anything now!!! Peace out from Bowmanville!!! ✌❤🤘🎶
It's pronounced "deadening". It's so exciting to see the roof panels going in and the trimmed out fan. It's giving us a peek of the finished product! Thank you for another awesome video. Take care. PS - Is Bob single?
Spray foam is such a scary product to use in a spinter style van. Ive been doing insulation for 12 years, you have a really high probability of the van warping when you travel through areas like the mountains or desert. Good luck. I can show you dozens of vans where there is minor to major warping.
Sunday night.. finished my work shift and its treat time by watching you guys... ✌️✌️... my new little soccer mum van gets delivered nxt Friday... tiny home on wheels here I come.. ... great vlog.. thanks 🙏😀
It can be dangerous, but I think there are lot of places you could safely travel van life style. The ex radio presenter, Patricia Glynn has embraced van life. She has an awesome set up. Lone female with her dogs. SA isn’t all bad if you are mindful of the situations around you.
you two are the most romantic couple on you tube! I don't have to watch hallmark movies anymore...I can just watch you two love each other and those around you and get my Hallmark fix.!
I just came here to see a happy Bob for another Sunday. Just kidding love you too Eamon and Bec. Happy to see you enjoying the project, and what a wonderful working duo! Can't wait to see the next step!
Hi Eamon &Bec, love these videos. Great job on building the new van. Miss the old one but we will see her again. God bless you and your family always 🙏😘❤️👍👍👍👍👍
Ordered a Chaiwalla tea kit for my wife. She is loving it! I love hitting her right when she wakes up with a hot chai latte! Not only that it's the best chai!
Morning from the capital of New Zealand, Wellington......yahooooooo! NZ is in level 2 which is so good from being in level 4(total lockdown) for 4 long weeks. Totally love watching you guys & Bob. Stay safe, be kind. Keep smiling it's free! Laters x
I am from South-Africa and our country is on full lockdown...staying positive and dreaming of a van of our own for the future! I will be using your 3rd vanbuild vlogs as a rough guide to building our own when the time comes. You guys are Iso inspo! 💪🏼
Bec has such amazing skin. Her face looks like what people spend ages applying makeup to look like they aren’t wearing any...except without her actually having to apply any. She is so beautiful naturally
It seems to me that the sound deadening was wasted effort where you spray foamed. Also it might comprimise the ability of the spry foam to stick to the van.
I feel like as beautiful as Trinity is after all these lux upgrades you're not going to be able to go back to her. Really enjoying the content that foam insulation was so therapudic to watch
A boyfriend and I almost broke up while putting an IKEA entertainment center together. You two? Sailing through, laughing and dancing 🤣 you make construction projects look fun! Can’t wait to see the progression.
I have told so many of my friends about you two. I have been out all day today getting lost in some woods and all I kept saying was, I am missing their upland, I need to get back. I'm so excited to watch this episode and see how the van is coming along!
Happy Sunday everyone! It's a long weekend here in Canada and goodness me does it feel weird not to be able to socialize and be outside like normal. We are said to be having a few restrictions lifted this Tuesday and I am wondering where you are watching from and what life is like for you over there?! Sending love as always x
uks a bit wank at the moment but nothing we cant handle!!
Hope your doing well really do appreciate the content!
Thanks for the love Gabby 💜. Happy you are keeping safe and healthy in the UK x
That's just it... we are a resilient species and we will all get through this!! Thanks for thinking of us and tuning in to this week's episode 💜
In Ireland restrictions are loosening on Tuesday too 🥰
Sat watching your vlogs here in Good old Blighty, usually watch on a Sunday evening but had a bit of spare time before the German bundesliga game starts on tv
Cracking job and great viewing
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
So, I'm the guy who emailed Bob. Amazing that he gave my wife a shout out for her 40th birthday. Thanks Eamon and Bec for this! Unbelievable!!
So great to connect here Frank!! A huge thank you to you and Laura for being a part of our community ❤️ Happy birthday again to the wife x
....oh so that is sweet
'that wife' is my mum💛😂
Such a great gift! haha
This is all soooooo cute
Side note: can we talk about how incredible the thumbnail is!?
Awe thank you so much Hannah 🙏
Eamon & Bec possibly my favourite ever ❤️
😍
I honestly thought it was Halsey at first glance
Agreed! Love it!!
watching spray foam expand is unnervingly satisfying...
Couldn't agree more Jim!
We'll add to the list of things that can captive us A roaring fire, rushing water, the Zamboni clearing the ice and now spray foam expanding.
Every video I'm more and more convinced that you'll keep her over Trinity lol. She's so upgraded and going to be gorgeous!
Hahah well in a crazy world like this we may just get lucky enough and have one home on the North American continent and another on the African continent 😂
@@eamonandbec Love it! So happy to see you two continuing to live your dreams and not let quarantine get you too down.
That's what I hope you do! It'd be such a good idea because then you don't have to ship your van anymore!
So I take it they have found a place to store the van then?
I'm so excited to see what the vans going to look like 😁🥰🤘
Hey, i just want you to know that you guys have definitly inspired me to do a van conversion. This is literally me! Wow! We can do this!
I'm very proud of you. I want to do the same and I'm 45 but I'm groan and my daughter will be going off to college she's 14 too. I will love to bulid out a van and travel the world when she goes off to college. And during her school breaks. You keep saving and film your van journey as well.
I'm 15 now and by 18 I'll be building it 👍
i'm 12 ive been inspired by them as well im saving up rn so when i can get my licence i can make a van build
I swear I love your dad. He’s so funny & sweet. He reminds me of the male version of my grandma. It would be so funny to see them two together 😂😂 I love you guys. I look forward to every Sunday.
Haha Bob is a real character that's for sure 😂 Always down for a laugh and to hand out with his kids x
Eamon & Bec OMG ! I am just seeing this now. This just made me day 😭❤️! God bless you guys & I can’t wait to see what this can looks like.
Who keeps scrolling down for comments and then remember it’s changed and scroll back up? 🙋🏻♀️
Also, love you eamon&bec! Love your van woohoo!!
Ahhh are you watching on mobile?!? I'm having the hardest time adjusting to that too!!
Yup! Haha!
For all of those people who hit the thumbs down button, there was a problem, you have to hit it again. Eamon and Bec, you guys inspire!
Awe haha thank you so much!!!
5:00 “Mine wouldn’t be quite that big” I love Bob😂
Avery Arflin Bob being modest!,
I LOVEEEE Daddy-Bob, preciousness!!!!!
Hahahahaah I love his sense of humor! I enjoy seeing Bob in the videos !
Bob is the best. :)
Pretty sure you’re the only RUclips vids I don’t skip the boring bits. There are none!!! Living for these van build updates 😍😍❤️
What a compliment!!! Thank you Serena 💜
It’s 6:06AM here in Los Angeles, I haven’t been to sleep yet cuz...quarantine insomnia, and now I’m definitely not going to sleep because I am so thrilled I got this upload notification lol
Oh goodness me! Well, I hope you enjoy the episode and then have a lovely Sunday snooze fest 🤗
LoveeBug14, it's 6:57 in Los Angels, I just finished watching because I woke up and couldn't fall back asleep.
Take a flight out to where you can be free!
alissabethla .
If you keep blinking your eyes really fast it tricks your brain and for most people will fall asleep in 5-10 minutes. As for myself its about 3-4 minutes.
Your cinematography is getting more advanced. I appreciate that you guys are still thinking about that.
I lost my dad a year and half ago and seeing bob just puts a smile on my face! Give him lots of hugs and learn all you can from him!
This has really helped improve an otherwise super crappy day - I'm adoring watching the progress of this van build!!!
The music this time was ON POINT! We need a playlist guys!!
Am glad that the Bun man has let you talk...without cutting you off.
Good job, Eamon
You'll be thankful, that you did the sound deadening! The foam itself, while having excellen thermal insulation qualities, only has minimal sound deadening qualities.

So respectful to each other is just brill to see.
Guys, a continued thank you for taking us along on your adventures (whether internationally or domestically)!
When my boys were little we made a bunch of handprint sweatshirts. Still have a few that I'm adding my grandkids handprints to. 💖💖💖
Too cute! What a fun little keepsake (that they may one day call their “paint shirt” 😂)

Awe thanks Layne!! We appreciate you making us a part of your weekly routine. Hope you enjoy today's episode 😊
This build should be the benchmark for all van builds! Epic job kids!
Best part of my Sunday Morning 🥰 so exciting to see it all come together, little by little 😊
Thanks you two! Little by little is definitely the key to that sentence 😂

love this channel! doing my van by following this couple and the fact they Canadian even better! I can find everything they link
I love how the vans get better and better now when I go to build the van (lets pray in the next few years) I will have the best tips and tricks!
IT'S FINALLY SUNDAY AGAIN!!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
We appreciate your excitement for our Sunday uploads Anabela 💜 💜 Hope you enjoyed today's episode!!
Looking awesome. You kids are a treat to watch. Bob too. We have been following you all for months now. Loving the build. ❤️❤️👍😀

The windows in the background look like a heart at 8:08
It really does
Oh wow
They are! Some hotels around Ontario have been doing that to lift everyone's spirits throughout this time!
Ah nothing beats the satisfying feeling of getting that first piece of the van finalized. The fan looks great! Also, so jealous of all the tools Eamon is working with. I'm sure it makes the build just a tad bit easier.
So excited best part of Sunday is here! ❤️
You are so sweet Kouthar! Thank you so much for making us a part of your weekly routine 💜
I love watching you guys but there are not enough videos of you all. Please keep it coming there’s nothing else as great as y’all videos
Eamons dancing during the “sanding and painting, sanding and painting, and sanding and painting” segment made me literally laugh out loud!
we love to see you make a live stream work on you van every day , this will make us more happy , and make know you more
Ooo goodness I don’t think you know just how boring watching paint dry can be 😆
@@eamonandbec you can move the camera in shop or in the van or when you go the bring lunch , we love you
It's pronounced "deadening".
It's so exciting to see the roof panels going in and the trimmed out fan. It's giving us a peek of the finished product!
Thank you for another awesome video. Take care.
PS - Is Bob single?
Thanks for the van build love Stephanie! And yes Bob is single 😜
You guys are experts by now! Nice to have Bob a hop, skip, and jump away for an extra hand.
Spray foam is such a scary product to use in a spinter style van. Ive been doing insulation for 12 years, you have a really high probability of the van warping when you travel through areas like the mountains or desert. Good luck. I can show you dozens of vans where there is minor to major warping.
I was thinking that. What would you say is the best product for insulation in a van?
Why does it do that?
Sunday night.. finished my work shift and its treat time by watching you guys... ✌️✌️... my new little soccer mum van gets delivered nxt Friday... tiny home on wheels here I come.. ... great vlog.. thanks 🙏😀
Ps be careful with lovely bob.. ha he nearly did a full split 😂😂
Watching from south african lockdown 👀🌍❤️
From SA as well...wouldn't it be cool to have live in a Van...sadly it would not be safe 😔
Hi Franci! Thanks for spending part of your lockdown with us 🤗
@@shanzyd7909 south african van life would be amazing with our stunning locations! So sad that it's simply too dangerous 😞
🇿🇦✌
It can be dangerous, but I think there are lot of places you could safely travel van life style. The ex radio presenter, Patricia Glynn has embraced van life. She has an awesome set up. Lone female with her dogs. SA isn’t all bad if you are mindful of the situations around you.
Eamon, I love your dad's attitude. He is just so calm and cool always (at least in front of the cameras)
What if one of the wires goes bad? How would you ever be able to find and replace it?
Love watching your videos. You're such an inspiration in so many ways and thank you so much for sharing.
I demand a "Bob" Eamon $ Bec Original Series :P
you two are the most romantic couple on you tube! I don't have to watch hallmark movies anymore...I can just watch you two love each other and those around you and get my Hallmark fix.!
Yes I’ve been waiting for this :D
Thanks for making us a part of your Sunday Sven! Hope you enjoy the episode 💜
Eamon & Bec i did enjoy 😉 this is just awesome to look at
I just came here to see a happy Bob for another Sunday.
Just kidding love you too Eamon and Bec. Happy to see you enjoying the project, and what a wonderful working duo!
Can't wait to see the next step!
Hola: os seguimos desde Spain y no hablamos inglés. Sería posible que salgan los subtítulos en español?
Thank you.
What a wonderful husband you are AJ! Thanks so much for the support ❤️
This is by far one if not the most professional looking build until now. Love it ❤️
Mine wouldn't be quite that big 😂💀😭 Bob kills me
Morning from the capital of New Zealand, Wellington......yahooooooo! NZ is in level 2 which is so good from being in level 4(total lockdown) for 4 long weeks. Totally love watching you guys & Bob. Stay safe, be kind. Keep smiling it's free! Laters x
You didn’t watch Max’s vlog when he applied his sound-deadening stuff to his van, did you?
Christine Colson my thoughts exactly 😂😂😂😂😂
Christine Colson yes!
Do you have a Link to Max's vlog?
Greg ruclips.net/video/qGZWycryg0c/видео.html Enjoy - I did!
What happened?
Thanks for letting us come along on your custom van build. Impressive amount of work. Also, shout out to Bob for holding it all down!
I asked my family for some Chaiwala for my birthday next month!💕
Awe thank you for wanting to support us Cecilia!! AND happy early birthday 😊
Eamon & Bec Thank you so much! ❤️😭
Is it me or when i watch Eamon an Bec , i dont want it to end !?
That Laura gee is my mum my dad texted bob
Awe so cute!! Nice to meet you too Charlotte!
I am from South-Africa and our country is on full lockdown...staying positive and dreaming of a van of our own for the future! I will be using your 3rd vanbuild vlogs as a rough guide to building our own when the time comes. You guys are Iso inspo! 💪🏼
I watch a few van-life and 'off-gridding' channels. I have to say there is a lot of yoga pant wearing going on in these channels! :-)
When your van build is funded by Patreaons' and youtube views fund you build you don't really think about cost too much
@Hard Facts thats not true. It would take soray foam 12 to 17 inches of thickness to equal the same level of sound deadening as mass loaded vinyl.
I feel like as beautiful as Trinity is after all these lux upgrades you're not going to be able to go back to her. Really enjoying the content that foam insulation was so therapudic to watch
no one:
eamon in the middle of his sentence: 😝🤪😛
A boyfriend and I almost broke up while putting an IKEA entertainment center together. You two? Sailing through, laughing and dancing 🤣 you make construction projects look fun! Can’t wait to see the progression.
My birthday is coming up on may 21st
Happy early birthday Isabella!!
Eamon & Bec thank you!!!!!!
I have told so many of my friends about you two. I have been out all day today getting lost in some woods and all I kept saying was, I am missing their upland, I need to get back. I'm so excited to watch this episode and see how the van is coming along!
