oh come on, 'Tropic Thunder' is a minor classic - in at no. 34? No way! It has that WTF-is-going-on-vibe throughout which makes it a sort of mystery thriller...or maybe not...
Such a well-made video. Fantastic presentation, great structure. Agreed, Magnolia is easily his best, though it's followed very closely by Eyes Wide Shut for me personally. Keep it up!

Couldn't agree more, and as you say Magnolia is the best role Cruise has ever played. I love the interview piece, it's so well done and Tom really sells the feelings his character is going through in that scene.

I will say I disagree with your ranking of war of the worlds so highly tho, I could not get into that movie and found it very grating and the characters unlikeable from start to finish.
