oh yeah there is a new errata update for blaster blade the vanguard. u can now only use it when u have a grade 3 or greater vanguard with blaster in its name and royal paladin as its only clan.
You may have misread it, because that's the old skill. It's now *When your GRADE 3 VG attacked* (can't use its skill if the battled unit is G2 or other aside from MLB) And it has that cost you're stating which is binding your G3 VG, which has been there since the start, so you can never do it unless your VG is MLB (Any Blaster G3).
Minor info why BBTV got erratad; I noticed you swapped back to MLB at the end of the turn, actually BBTV skill states you return to MLB at the end of BATTLE. Got erratad because you can use it over and over again in a single turn, now you can only use it if the VG that you used to attack is G3 Blaster (which is MLB only)
