thanks to all of you.. everyone were looking good in the tailored clothes..it is actually difficult to get right tailor. But really they have stitched well.
Hi, loved your video. Goping to Hoi An next week and we're trying to find a leather tailor who deals in "exotics"; python, croc, etc. We can't find any! Suggestions?
florence Italy for exotic handmade leather goods. labor is not as cheap as hoi an but quality is hermes like. gator, python, ostrich, everything your heart desire.
I can't remember the specifics but I want to say the boots were $40 USD? Something close to that. If that price seems high don't forget they are made to measure so they fit like a glove.
Thanks for watching! We are currently still traveling the world so we haven't had a chance to wear them yet but our friend said his jackets have been great.
good video. clothes look great! I think everyone is wondering though... the price?! (although I see it in a comment below now) 'surgeon cuffs'... is that the American name? LOL we say French cuffs.
Hi! I will be in hoi an at the end of march! Just out of curiosity, it took them 24 hrs to sow all your clothes? 2 nights in hoi an gives us plenty of time to get these done?
Hi there! I would head directly to your tailor to get them picked out and measured as soon as you arrive in Hoi An. 24 hours is a short turn around but they can definitely do it. Just be aware that it may mean less fittings to ensure everything is the way you want it to be. We were there for 4 nights total and had a total of 4/5 fittings :) Also, for short turn around they will likely also add a bit more to your price tag.
Hi! I'll be heading to Hoi An end of March, I've been there in 2018 to make stuff but would it be possible to get a ball park figure of how much you guys paid for the items in 2023?
Hey Andrew! Yeah absolutely. Just speaking for myself (Jeff) I paid 150 for my blazer, 450 for my suit (350 for the 2 piece and 100 for the vest). I thought the suit was pricey but it was a wool cashmere blend and that drove the price up. A 2 piece 100% wool suit around 110 threads I think is 250 which is more reasonable imo. Regular cotton shirts are 35 and an Egyptian cotton shirt is 90 (they gave me mine for 35 as a discount for the suit price, so don't forget to negotiate!).
yes, I'm looking to get a higher quality material this time around, so the videos that talked about $200 suits aren't relevant to me which is why your video with more suits made as well as threadcount was way more valuable. I'm glad to see they do surgeon cuffs too, definitely getting that done as well. cheers!
Sorry but also by any chance do you have prices on the women's clothes? I have a few friends trying to find prices for dresses and stuff but they have less luck cause most of the prices discussed are mostly suits
As someone who likes tailored suit, this seems like heaven. This is the definition of geting the bang for your buck.
It's hard to go back after. There is nothing like a custom tailored suit!
Boy number 2 so fashionable

Did anyone else die @3:08?!
Because I did 😹 is extremely funny thx for the laugh
omg only the first minute and I'm dying laughing 🤣 Great bday shenanigan sequence!
The 2 black dresses, the women long gray jacket and those shoes are just sooo beautiful!! They only need to be ironed a little bit
Looking forward to wearing all of them when this trip is complete!

Visiting Hoi An in a few weeks and this video is extremely helpful. I bought a suit back in 2013 in Bangkok but let’s just say I’ve outgrown it 😂
Haha never a bad time to grab some fresh threads!

Thank you very much!
Really??
😂😂😂 a really fantastic video
Thank you for watching!
They look so good! Can you wash them in a washer or dry cleaning only?
@@lana7073 I have only dry cleaned and I probably wouldn't feel comfortable washing/drying!
I really like the white suit and shirt.
Thanks!! Definitely one of my favorites too, can't wait to have an excuse to pull it out.
Awesome video! What camera are you using for the sit down shots? The quality is beautiful!
We have a sony a7c!
We are going in March for 3 weeks.. My wife nearly had a heart attack when she seen your dresses. How much did the Chelsea boots cost ?
I can't remember the specifics but I want to say the boots were $40 USD? Something close to that. If that price seems high don't forget they are made to measure so they fit like a glove.
It’s giving tense 😂😂.. Like did y’all like each other by the end of the trip 🥴?
Haha well we are engaged now so I hope she still likes me!
@@onebagoneworld 🤣❤️ I’m relieved & happy for you both .. Congratulations
@@jettsetgirl thank you so much!

Had so much fun and can't wait to go back!
I love to go to vn to make some clothes
Nice clothes you have there
Omg!! I’m going!! 😁😁
We constantly debate going back to buy more stuff lol
Watching your video now! Curious how the clothes have held up?
Thanks for watching! We are currently still traveling the world so we haven't had a chance to wear them yet but our friend said his jackets have been great.
Meanwhile he's the most normal person on camera lol
He's the best!
You stayed at cozy savvy hotel?
We did and loved it!
Smoke n’ !!
That suit at 9:30 Is a horror show,
@@tezzah... Thanks! I actually quite like it as a "fun" alternative to my more traditional navy/gray ones I normally pick.

Interesting! I have always heard of them as surgeon cuffs whereas french cuffs are for the shirt.
Where did you go for the custom shoes?
It was a shop basically down and across the street from Yaly. I'm trying to find the name but not being very successful.
Hello! May i know what is the name of the tailor you guys went to?
Yaly's.
Madam what are the shop name which you visited!!
We went to Yaly couture!
What is the name of the shop? Please give us the spelling.
The name of the store we went to was Yaly!
