- Here we go! It's my first attempt at a collection video. We kick it off with the PlayStation 2. One of my Favorite consoles to collect for. With a large library, a wide variety of games spanning multiple genre's and the affordability and availability of most of the games. The PlayStation 2 is perfect for all collectors.

Man I miss playing ps2.I love playing wwe,fifa,nba,gta and bully but there's a lot of other games like time crisis 3 and need for speed underground that I also enjoy playing.It brings back so many memories when I see the games that you stacked up because I used to play some of those when I was growing up.Thank you man for making this video.Greetings from Malaysia.(sorry if my english was bad)
I love the Syphon Filter series for PlayStation 2
they are really good. I think I like Dark Mirror better.
Playstation 2 and Gamecube are my favorite game consoles since i was 3 years old.

The Playstation 2 is my favorite console ever. I grew up with it and most of the games I have for it are fighting games.

Wow a lot of PS2 games for sure! PS2 is my 2nd favourite console after the PS1! There's a lot of shovel ware on that system but you can all pick them for very low prices! Great video and keep up the good work!

The PS2 is such a great system. Underrated in one way I think. Sure it sold the most but I also think it gets forgotten sometimes. I see alot more hardcore fans of consoles such as the Dreamcast and Gamecube. While both Xbox and PS2 dosen't have the same following I feel like. I mean there are even releasing new Dreamcast games.
+The Gayming Tube I agree the PS2 is awesome. Its more fashionable to collect for the other systems now a days.

They are a thrift store so they are hit-or-miss on whether they have games.
Ps2 is my favorite console so many great games.
For sure man. I also liked that they made multiple games for their franchises like Tomb Raider, Crash Bandicoot and Spyro the Dragon, Syphon Filter & Metal Gear. etc..
You have a lot of awesome stuff sir. We just recently started collecting for the PS2 and I am really trying to only grab games I will play. In the past two weeks I bet I've logged almost 20 hours on RE4
Matt and Jaelon Nice. I love the PS2! There are so many great games that span so many genre's. I got hooked on Tomb Raider Anniversary. I think I'm going to try and get all of the Crystal Dynamics Tomb Raider games. I've never played Resident Evil 4, I heard that it's pretty good.

you definitely have awesome PS2 games lol I literally used to own PS2 since 2005 Ik it's late I always wanted one but I got back to it and you have games I'm very interested in lucky 😂😂
plus you should add marvel vs Capcom 2 to your collection I barely have games and I took a sacrifice to get that game and I'm proud but I'm still collecting PS2 games after that I'm going to N64 then super Nintendo mainly want those game sets the most and I really needa get okami been dying for that game ik it's cheap just never had a chance to get it i wish I had it
Some pretty good games in there. I added a few to my list to check out. Also, OutRun 2006 is an awesome game, but I suggest you try and find an XBox copy if you collect for it.
***** Are there extra features in the Xbox version? I do try to collect for the original Xbox, although my collection is very small...maybe 30games-ish
Chris Miller They are identical as far as features go, but I've heard the visuals on the XBox version are better. Of course, how much better, I can't say.

I love the Kingdom Hearts games. I have been a fan of the Kingdom Hearts games for 16 years. I remember when I got the first Kingdom Hearts game back in 2005. The Kingdom Hearts games are hard to beat and they are very time consuming. You also mentioned Sly Cooper. I like the Sly Cooper games as well.

+Venode Thanks man. it's funny with collection videos, because you shoot them, but you still continue to pick up games and you think - man I wish I could have shown that off in the collection video..LOL I guess there is always next year.
I felt like I got taken paying $5 a game when I did a few times, but the titles were worth the money. Now I only pay $1-$2 at the most for complete PS2 games. I only collect black labels now, selling all the red labels. I don't see a point in collecting if you never play the games. I try to get around to play every game I have bought.
Yeah, I try not to pay more than $3, unless its a premium title
could you sugest some games that were like dragon warrior from the Nes that would play on to N64 or Ps1 or Ps2?

yes, there was a "fat" model and a "slim" model
red dead i liked but i played it when it was new-ish so not sure if it holds up or not. it was a copcom game that they bailed on but rockstar picked up the pieces and finished up. then they made red dead redemption years later. okami's awesome too. the wii version kinda like games like bully, is a 'better graphics' and has some motion controls for the drawing, which can be hit or miss. man i actually really wanna check out that TR anniversary game. i recently played through TR legend on 360. looks like you got some years to fill in on those sports titles..
BenevolentDick Tomb Raider Anniversary was an awesome game. I want to try and snag the entire Tomb Raider series on the PS2, especially the Crystal Dynamics games.

To be honest i dont think i have fully finished any car game i think i had one race to do on gt4 (i was younger and i used cheats so it did not count) I think i beat burnout paradise on the 360 but lost the save resident evil 4 is what got me into horror not saying i dont like car games anymore it just made me love horror as well First game i ever completed i think as well as first horror game i own and first limited edition and first res game aswell as first zombie game (I know there not full zombies in the game but still) so it will be special game to me lol

I just recently got into the Crash series. If I see them on the cheap I'll grab them for sure. I might have picked it up since this video.
I have some PlayStation 2 games have no cover art it is NBA Street 1, MX world tour featuring Jamie little, Max Payne 2, Jak and daxter the precursor of legacy, are have no cover art.
If you find it I highly recommend you pick up Shadow of the Colossus
I've heard that it is a great game and I really want to play it. Every time I go to a thrift store or garage sale I'm always hoping to find Shadow of the Colossus and Maximo

I've never played Hitman. Jaws on the PS2 is interesting, it's fun for like 10 minutes then its the same thing over and over. LOL!

Listen to me my friend. Out of all the people that could ever comment on this video I am the Alpha and the Omega of Ps2 collectors. My recent Ps2 collection video is the most popular youtube play station video in the world currently. Let me give you a second to type "ps2 collection" in your search bar to prove my point........................................................................................................................................................................................ok, now that we are on the same page let me comment on your video. I like you buddy and I always have Chris. Now Allen is not incorrect about you having a ton of shit games but I also displayed many trash titles in my legendary collection video. I was once like you so I understand where you're coming from. I also picked up the Mary Kate's of the world early on in my vulnerable immature hunting days. Ugghhh.... well, actually I don't think I ever stooped that low but I did pick up Sabrina the teenage witch on the Ps1 early on. BUT!!!!!!! I did vindicate myself by destroying it at the end of last years ps1 collection video. So what I am trying to say to you is you need to make a sacrifice video where a game must DIE!!!!!!!!!!! I don't know if this will repair the wrong you have inflicted upon us but it's a damn good start. Now enough with the negativity because I like you. Here is what I found positive within your video. Yes I own the majority of the games you own but their are some I do not and that I do not see a lot or at all in the wild. R-type...the metal slug 2 game compilation..some fighter anthology game...gun grave...that wild arms game...operation genesis..and a few more that I am too exhausted to remember. The point is you have a lot of flowers growing out the cracks in the concrete my friend. That is what makes collection videos from all types of people from all types of places so cool. jeffmacknz um ok, not sure if that's a positive or negative comment. LOL. I don't think that I actually bought one of those sports games, they all came in boxes that were given to me by friends and co-workers. I do love NCAA College Football 2005 though.
