I love hearing Allison chat in the background and love the simplicity of this wipes solution! We’ve been just using water as our solution but I’m going to try out this mixture. And making reusable wipes is still on my to do list!
I used cloth and disposable. Disposable because my kid’s grandmother worked at a factory that did a diaper bash so i had diapers for a whole year. Then a company sent me 3 cases. I did buy wipes though.
Expecting my first baby and this has been my favorite solution for diaper wipes. Thanks for sharing! ... have you noticed that due to using cloth and the clean ingredients you don't really get diaper rashes?
Great recipe. Would have been amazing to have some sort of ratio of water to the rest of the ingredients. So if I am using a 10 litre bottle, how much of that would be water? Even thought of using a vitamin E oil in there as well?
Thank you! This recipe is for half a gallon, and 10 liters is about 2.6 gallons. So I would multiply my recipe by 5 in order to get the measurements for your 10 litre bottle! And yes love the vitamin e oil idea!
Is the coconut oil just meant as a carrier oil? I try to limit coconut oil due to my own skin not handling it very well. Would another carrier oil like grapeseed or almond work as a replacement?
Yes exactly! I use fractionated coconut oil so it is liquid form, to be used as a carrier oil. You could use jojoba oil, grape seed, etc. Of course always check with your provider and use a small amount first to check for any reactions!

Water works great! I also love using plain coconut oil after the diaper change to keep the skin moisturizer
Where was this 31 yrs ago when my triplets was born. 😊😊😊😊 That’s awesome.
Haha! What did you use? Honestly I l think just some water and a wash cloth would be fine too!
