I think B looked a whole lot better. Can you do a video on how to shoot some great footage with the Mavic Pro or Platinum? I really want the Matrice 200 with a 30x zoom gimbal on bottom and a forward facing infrared on top
I was able to differentiate right off the bat A was the mav pro bc the details seemed to pop a lot better with vid B. I own a inspire v2.0 and would never trade that bird for the world!
So I found a DJI inspire 1 for 950 and a mavic platanium pro for 900 which one should I get?

All that work in this video, and I'm giving it a like because of the "Goals man... Goals. " line ...
I knew right away the first one was the Mavic. I feel like if you own a Mavic you can just tell right away. The Mavic has the most distinct look out of most drones out there, even the DJI line. The field of view , the color, the way it handles certain lighting. It all looks distinctly mavic. Also I could tell when they flew between the trees at 3:48. The first drone flies straight threw quick as hell. And I was like, theres no way I'm flying a big ass inspire through those trees that fast haha. Then the next drone went through waaaay slower and then i knew for sure haha.

I thought the A was the inspire 1 !!! Whaaaat ? I prefer the mavic tho. (Especially for the size and the convenience. And it performs pretty good for its size)

The inspire 1 you flew was it the inspire 1 V1,0 or inspire 1 V2.0?
It's the v1, the carbon pattern is different on the v2. And the v2 is way better btw.
I guessed the Mavic was the A roll, the inspire was noticeably sharper and that's what gave it away, or should I say I assumed a more capable camera would be a much bigger camera. However, the Mavic footage was preferable in most shots even (surprisingly) the low light shot!
Taking into account everything else, portability, flight time, ease of set up, stability and price, it would seem the Mavic is superior. In fact, the only thing the inspire has is a very intimidating and crowd drawing presence, which is actually a negative, especially when so many people are wary of drones! I sure as hell would not be happy if I saw an inspired flying around my estate, where as a Mavic, I probably wouldn't even know it was there! Winner winner for the Mavic. If your shooting a film, maybe the inspire is more what you need, but these days, I'd probably go for a matrice
Colour profile on Inspire looks better, but if you think about consumer usability and other features, mavic wins clearly

RED scarlet-W for the talking parts, 80d for the shots with Chris. RED was totally overkill but I had it around sooooo yeah, lol.
Mavic is better I guess. Considering the fact that I don’t have to carry that box around. BTW great video 👍

i was like A is inspire because i liked the B footage better but then came the shot where you were flying through the trees and i was like NOPE A is the mavic he would not fly so close to the tree with the inspire

i can tell you it is, 3 years later inspire keeps kicking mavic pro and 2 ass, for professional use for sure, having a second pilot just on the camera, the dynamic range it is

well, selectvie honesty is not enough honesty for me. just saying. it is so obvious that inspire has much better video quality. i can see the size of the machine becoming the new '4k' where it gets way more attention then it should. just a thought.

Yup..your original post here is a few years old granted, but I tell you what, my Mavic Air2 produces a heck of a lot nicer results than what your mavic Pro video shows. I guess they've come a long way over the past five years in sensor quality etc.

Definitely doesn't look better. I own a mavic so trust me, I wish I could say it did but it doesn't. The Mavic holds up to it pretty well and I wouldn't in a million years trade it for an inspire, due to its portability and stability in the air. But the inspire was better in almost every shot, and the shots where it didn't would look way better after grading.
