your 4th subscriber when you started. Havent missed a video. These are wonderful and helpful to us in the South! What is the cause for 1/2 of cymbidium leaves yellowing and ultimately falling off (young and old)? What can be done if they are all in spike right now please? Keep up the great content🙂
did you move the orchid to a better place for you to see the flowers? often a sudden change in environment can do this , or there is something wrong with the roots.
Thank you for the great information, I live in Florida, hot and humid, did I say humid yeah is impossible to win the war on fungus. In my opinion I have collection of oncidum orchids, I am trying, but they’re wasting away. What a shame.😮
I would add 1 more to your rotation so that you don't breed resistant strains . It is always great to hear what other people are using and getting success with as we all learn from each other 😍
I am not 100% sure of the different active ingredients in each of those , but just make sure they are different and if you can that they have different modalities of control . 👌
Very helpful, thank you. I have sulphur powder. How do you use it on the leaves? Mix it with water and spray the leaves (it leaves residue). What about copper fungicide spray?
@@thenaturecompany Thank you. The issue with sulphur is that if it is powder and water it may end up clogging the spray bottle nozzle. Maybe better make a paste and apply to specific spots?
that will also work or you can use a watering can with a soft watering head , the holes are big enough to allow the fine powder through but still give a good distribution . Otherwise find the liquid sulfur alternatives .
One of the best disease identification and treatment programs that I've seen.

Maybe the last resort is to put them out in the trees and let Mother nature look after them 😓
I am using Thiomyl and Physan 20 here. South Florida. Have some success 👍

Thank-you and will comply. Thinking about adding a second systemic (Banrot).

yes it leaves a residue that you can wash off after , with copper just be aware that it can be toxic to certain orchids especially Dendrobiums
