Hated for no reason. He take control of the center of the right pretty well. He applies pressure to his opponents pretty well. His punches are pretty accurate and he does get a little wild but they do land for the most part. His defense is pretty good he doesn't get too hurt, I can agree that he might need some work on his technique to beat canelo but he's pretty legit overall

So what I can tell, from these highlights, is that Berlanga has solid power against cab drivers and tomato cans. He started out 16-0-16KO. When he started fighting guys who can actually fight he has went 6-0-1KO. He did alright against Padraig and ended up getting the TKO. Canelo is in a whole different league. Berlanga is there to be hit if you can avoid his shots. Canelo is a solid counterpuncher, so his job shouldn't be too difficult. I honestly don't see this going long. Its a shame, but all too familiar, that Canelo won't get in there with true competition. I don't care that the dude is getting older. If you can't/won't defend your titles against the best either step down, move out, or retire. He only fought Bivol because he thought it would be easy pickins like an aged Kovalev. Charlo, because the guy had to climb TWO weight classes to fight Conelo. Didn't make a mistake on that spelling, btw. Would watch if free. Sure wont be paying a dime unless he decides to put his big boy pants on and fights a deserving contender. As it sits now, his nothing more than a boxing diva.
