It's quite surprising that JoJo made it to the top five when her technique is not at the same level as the rest of the girls, especially Travis because he had stronger technique than JoJo and his brother Tyler and he received positive feedback from the judges when he did that hip hop duet with McKaylee while JoJo got negative responses from the judges because her ribbon got caught with Trinity's but the producers was so selfish that they had to eliminate Travis due to his mom not creating drama
jojo, she said she's nine she doesn't have all the technique,but look at Asia ,she was 8 she was very passionate if an 8 yr old can do it, JoJo can (THIS IS NOT A HATE COMMENT)
asia was passionate for sure, but her technique also lacked. i think technically, jojo is better than asia because she's older, but asia definitely wanted to win more.

I hate when people use excuses. Yeah Jojo you are 9.. Asia Monet was the youngest but went really far in the competition. Stop using age as an excuse, you can do just as much as the others... Age is just a number, experience is the case and just because you're older that doesn't mean you have more experience in the dancing industry.
unless you're a bun head, no one really "likes" ballet, we all have to suffer through the pain staking technique in order to be good at any other styles.

There's an old DM video (Brooke and Paige are still in it) about ballet class and when they were doing heel stretches, Abby said 'hip up!' which is totally wrong. You should try to keep your hip down as much as possible... So yeah... Although I've only been teaching dance for two years, I don't take Abby serious when it comes to technique... and I don't know any professional dancer or teacher who does...

go to 0:27 and listen to jojo when she says "I don't really like ballet." it was obviously edited. you can hear something like from another clip before she says ballet. like i get that it is a tv show as they are going to edit it but they could at least try to cover it up I mean really
I don't know what Abby was talking about because if you go back to the beginning Gianna did NOT miss the steps Abby said she did. And it's not like they did it a second time after JoJo was kicked out where she could have missed it, because JoJo got eliminated and they just kept going.
Kalani should have won because she's the best technical dancer and Abby doesn't know what she's talking about because a tour jete is supposed to start with a grande battement so kalani was meant to grande battement her leg that high.
