this is way,to,much work,plus the engine you have put in has a tendency to blow the head gasket.screws...I would just put original engine ....but hey good luck..

you don't get skids from a stock 328

just put time-serts and/or headstuds. The m54 is a pretty solid engine and has good torque because of double vanos

There is an adapter that is 1:1 just check out m54 adapter e36. Worked fine for me!
