INGREDIENTS
250 mL all-purpose cream (chilled overnight)
1 block cream cheese (chilled overnight)
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons instant coffee
2 cups hot water
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
25 pieces ladyfinger biscuits
cocoa powder (for toppings)
DIRECTIONS
In a shallow bowl, dissolve the instant coffee in hot water. Set it aside and let it cool.
In a large bowl, add the chilled all-purpose cream and beat until fluffy. Add half cup of powdered sugar and mix well until fully-combined.
In a separate bowl, add the chilled cream cheese and beat using high speed for a few seconds. Add around a half cup of cream mixture to the cream cheese to make it fluffy and smooth. Add half cup of powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Combine the two mixtures and then mix until well-blended.
Prepare the cream mixtures, the coffee mixture, the ladyfinger biscuits and a square pan.
Dip the biscuit quickly in the coffee mixture and then transfer it to the square pan. Repeat these steps until you make a layer of ladyfinger biscuits. Next, spread a layer of cream mixture. Make an alternating layer of ladyfinger biscuits and cream mixture until you fill the pan.
Chill the tiramisu for at least 6 hours.
Slice a piece of the tiramisu in a plate. Sprinkle some cocoa powder using a fine sieve before serving. Enjoy!.

Nagismas met dattan
Anung cream Po pwd pingi picture
Ok lang po ba kahit di powdered ang sugar?
Yes pwede po. Use condensed milk instead. Bale chilled lang din po para ma-maintain ang temperature.
Ask ko lang, what if no available powdered sugar? What’s the alternative for it?
You can use granulated sugar. Medyo may iba lang sa texture kasi mas pino ang powdered sugar. But it will dissolve overnight anyway so you can't tell the difference
I am using mascarpone and whipped cream. And I put a little bit of Amaretto. It‘s an Italian liquor.
San po mkabili Ng lady finger ?
Sa mga bakery po or kaya supermarket.
@@YummyKitchenTV ohh salamat po s idea mam 😊
ano po shelf life nya?
Good for 5 days sa ref po.
@@YummyKitchenTV tanx po.. God Bless
What i liked in your video is you only skipped the eggs and substituted cream cheese but you stayed true to the rest of the ingredients. Yep mascarpone is rare in the Philippines. I think you can really call this Pinoy style coz hindi available ang mascarpone. May isang video na pinoy style daw pero lahat mg ingredients malalayo sa classic tiramisu..even using toasted bread (yuck). Tapos condensed milk pa. Pag pinoy style ba dapat sobrang adulterated or disponeering masyado? But for your video i give it a thumbs up.
wala naman masama kung gumamit ng condensed milk..
Wow ang sarap naman! Sana po makabisita din kayo sa aking kusina
Ano pwedeng substitute sa broas? Tnx
Pwede po ang grahams or toasted bread.
@@YummyKitchenTV Hi, thanks for sharing this recipe! Idip pa din sa coffee yung grahams po? Hindi kaya malasog yung grahams pag nabasa?
@@kennethwasawas Hindi po. Mabilis lang po ang pag dip. Para lang po lumasa ang kape sa bread layer.
