It actually made me feel better that I'm not the only one who gets freaked out getting buzzed by loud trucks and cars on main roads. Loved the introspective honesty in this video.
Hi Phil, I get quite sensitive with loud sounds, or with any kind of sensory overload. Luckily there weren't too many of those days!
Wow! Your dad mentioned your videos-I watched his 66 and still Crazy about bikes .
This was an excellent tale. Thanks for the inspiration to keep on pedaling!!
Thanks, I like to inspire ☺ Enjoy life on the road and never stop pedalling! Unless you have an occasional flat...
I learned about this series while watching your father's video. So great! Nice videography, narrating and editing. I'm inspired to ride the Eurovelo 6!
Hi Ron,
Thanks! Go do it, it's a nice adventure. 😊 Happy cycling!
Thank you for sharing your videos and your journey. Not only phisycal, but mental too. It is not always unicorns and rainbows and I love that you show that! Keep your good work😊
I like to keep it real, there's enough fake. :)
Another great film, Jan! Great adventure, attractive filming, good storytelling, superb editing... Belongs in the top of the bike travel videos! Well done!! 👍
Happy you liked it! Must be the good biking genes and bike :-)
What a wonderful journey through the center of Europe. Great video!
Thank you!
Great man , humoristic ...nice film,....
Thank you Antoon! I'm 1.82cm. Not that great, but could be worse 😄
Wise man found the two things power off the feeling , heart and the power off the mind thinking used in the right combination will come to.......as he wrote before came here...
Thank you for the compliment Antoon!
Very nice video. It reminded me of why I am looking for a land to live close to nature away from people and noise. I appreciate seeing that you love this journey, but at the same time, it isn't easy. Well done for fighting your weakness. Great job
Part of the idea of the long cycling trips is to find that place to live... Maybe one day I'll park my bike against a tree and stay there.
Another great video. I think this one is even better then the last one. Cant wait for the next :D
Thanks! Better weather makes better films too! The last part in Romania is a challenge, that was hard with bad weather, bad roads, dogs... Trying to make something realistic that is not too depressive!
@@janvoorspoels This is what we have to deal with all the time :D Sometimes probably worse :D . But, there are good times as well... Its a challenge to be a cyclist in RO... :))))
Thanks
Thank you for your video, started watching after seeing your father's. Could you tell me what camping chair you are using please? We're looking for something that packs well. Thanks again from Inverness Scotland.
Thanks! it's a little camping chair from decathlon. Weighs just about 1 kg. The best kg in the whole pack!
Hey Curt! Long time no seen!
@@Lepercurtidoo Allé jong, is't echt??
Too bad you didn't like austria too much... Everybody agrees that Linz is the worst ciy in Austria. If you dislike Linz and like VIenna, I'm sure you would have loved Salzburg. It's the perfect blend of nature and city. Great bicycle infrastructure, especially along the Salzach river. It has the 1900m Untersberg in the South, the 1200m Gaisberg in the North, and three forrested City mountains!
It was such a limited experience I had from Austria by just sticking to the Donau. I thought I would see more of those beautiful parts. I definitely want to do more cycling in Austria when I'm not tied to a timelimit so I can go visit those recommendations you made! The problem was me, not Austria ☺
