I know what you mean about them wanting to please! I taught my cavapoo how to roll over and now she literally follows me around the house rolling over everywhere. If I don’t treat her she throws extra flourishes in or tosses her head around or does 2 or 3 rolls I guess she thinks it’s a big important job to do 😂😂😂
Totally agree Ryan! Our 10 wk old Blenheim girl is soooo snuggly. She just wants to be near us all the time, her favourite place to sleep (if not in my lap) is on my feet. The best, most loving dog breed. Thanks for your videos, I enjoy watching and can see you love your dogs very much.
I have had my new puppy for a month now and he is the light of my life. His name is Henry and he’s 15 weeks old now and he’s a beautiful Blenheim. He is super smart and soooo loving. I can’t imagine my life without him. He had shots today so he’s a little sore and sleepy today but tomorrow will be a new and happy, playful day.
I had 1 KCS (Blenheim) for 12 years (Karl). He was the best thing that ever happened in my life. I had to put him down in 2018. Worst day of my life. Now I have 2 KCS's!! A female Ruby (Madi) and a Male Blenheim (Norm). This is the best dog breed ever!!! That's a great looking Black and Tan you have!!
I LOOOOVE my cavalier named Charlie. We’ve only had him less than a year. You’re video was recommended to me and I can’t be more grateful because Charlie has been in the hospital since Wednesday due to prolapsed urethra and I miss him like no other. The doctors, nurses and surgeons have repeatedly said how good of a patient he’s been. He’s had 4 surgeries since Wednesday. Hopefully we can bring him home Monday. Def you got a new subscriber!!!!

We were originally getting a frenchie (we as in me and my mom) but we recently found out about this dog and are in love with it, it’s the perfect dog. Haven’t got ‘em yet, but we are going to in a couple months
My cavalier mix named Gospel was hit by a car this past weekend and I’m missing him so much. Seeing this video was therapy to me along with reading the comments. You forgot #6- they don’t shed a ton. At least Gospel didn’t. Hoping and praying I will have another one some day.
I agree. This is the sweetest breed I have ever encountered. Our King Charles just turned 9. We really love him. Perfect family dog. Good with other dogs, children and huge Snugglers.

Best dogs in the world, I’ve had a few dogs in my time and love all of them equally but my Cavalier is absolutely perfect, she’s lively as hell on walks but always listen and comes back, she’s extremely well behaved inside and always cuddles up and keep you warm and is great around other dogs and people. Admittedly not the most manly dog I’ve owned but she’s absolutely great, always playful, loving and gentle, nothing she loves more than chasing birds even though she can’t fly and will never catch them 😂
Your Cavs are adorable! ❤️ I have a 5month old Blenheim. He is adorable and lives to love me! I would say don’t get one of these special dogs unless you can give them all your time and love and don’t leave them alone. They need to be with their people.
My CKC gets along with everyone, two or four legged. His bestie is a rescue pittie...two more different dogs you can't imagine. As far assnuggles go, his favorite position is ON my face🤣
If you are up to the challenge... to be loved beyond imagination, yep Cavaliers is the one for you. But be warned, you will feel bad frequently because you will feel human heart cannot match that love. You will feel that love your Cav has for you is just insurmountable for a human being. And after 5-6 years, you will feel fear of losing him/her, wishing you knew that a Cav can be a part of your life as big as your own born and flesh child. They are too magnificient to exist.
One caveat... My tricolor is super fit... And weighs a lean 26 lbs. Some breeders are just growing 'em bigger. Still... MORE SWEET TO LOVE! Agree with everything else. Best dog in the world.
Oh wow 26lbs!? That’s awesome, definitely more to love lol. I have seen a couple that are larger, Winston is 1.5 yo and he’s only 15lbs so I think he’s as big as he is going to get, unless I feed him ppl food 😁. (Which I do not lol)
@@TrickStarz LOL They ARE willing to eat anything and everything, aren't they? We switched Ziggy at about a year and a half from a pure protein kibble to plain old Purina One. She lost excess weight and has been super fit & healthy ever since. She just turned three. We feed her twice a day and don't give her human food either. Well... except carrots. 🥕Love your channel. Thanks.
My Cavalier King Charles loves barking at the postman or anybody who walks past our front gate!! He spends alot of his down time lying on the back of sofa looking out the front window to warn us of possible intruders. I love him to bits though 😍
I love my Cavaliers! But unfortunately my first baby has congestive heart failure and that's something you have to be prepared for... It brakes my heart 💔

I’ve heard it’s best to avoid having two females. either two boys or boy/girl
The girls seem to be more affectionate, Winston likes the hunt a little more lol. Get whatever combination you want, you won’t be disappointed!

I really, really want to get a new Cavalier puppy. The thing is, he would have to be alone for at least 6 hours a day. Can they be alone for so long?
They can handle it, will need to be in a crate until they are about 1 years old, then you can begin to leave them in the open house.
