Soo... JJ S3 happened. It was pretty good in my opinion. Wasn't great OR terrible. S1 and S2 are better in some cases, but this isn't the point. The fact that I made the first JJ video about Trish says a lot. Her and Jess' relationship is the key of this show for me. I was planning on making a video about the evolution of their relationship but somehow I made this first because yes, I do love dark character arcs and this one as well. I loved the way they handled Trish this season even though I wish they made her change her mind about all of it before it was too late... and of course they had to go with it. She had to go to the extreme and end up in jail probably for the rest of her life. Good thing is that she IS alive. All of this was so in her character knowing that she was heading to this point since S2. I hate that I have to say goodbye to Jessica Jones as well as Trish, but hopefully this won't be my first and last video about this show! Hope you guys enjoy this and thanks for watching!

I vigilantly defended Trish/Hellcat in season 2 as I really related to the immense struggle to never feel helpless again and her obsession with becoming a hero, one that became a dangerous obsession at that, far more than just a fancy with being a hero but an obsession where she appointed herself judge, jury and executioner. I was still in love with Trish even with her ideals falling into that grey area even for someone like me who loves anti heroe's like Red hood, Punisher, Hit girl ect ect right up until the last few episodes where I just felt they could have done better with her but I don't really blame the writers or the cast ect ect as sadly due to whatever was going on between Netflix and disney there was no time for a Trish redemption story and no time for Jessica and Luke to get married and no time for more Defenders ect ect but I wish..I just wish they'd given us Trish/Hellcat fans more hope for the character, have her actually escape to Thailand and then have Jess read a paper near the end that says something about a cat-like vigilante saving lives and hailed as a hero over there.
I hate how on yt, people get 100s of likes just for drab comments like "So sad season ended" or something equally drab, I put well thought out, articulate and measured comments on video's and im lucky to get a single like unless its me starting it off XD
I'm like a beautiful mix of Jessica and Trish in one,
Jess's eternal pessimism but unbreakable drive to do the right thing coupled with self loathing and Trish's obsession with never feeling helpless again and own descent into madness as she embraces her own self appointed vigilante role of judge, jury and executioner.
And no she isn't exactly like Punisher, thats like when someone is a little eccentric and people go "Ah, they are like Joker/Harley as if they are the only crazies in comics. You could say Trish/Hellcat is like

Well you can imagine she would be released after doing some time for losing control of her powers and pain... Redeemed and more mature and mystical and be and even more amazing super(anti)heroe...

I hate what they did to her in s2 and s3 but I love how she was dressed especially in s3. i know it's superficial af but that outfits just caught my eyes everytime she was on screen
but she's been like this since season 1. honestly this was inevitable.
@@XimenaGM yes, I watched the show second time and now I see how they hinted that she will end up like this from the very first episode , such a great villain and interesting character...overall the show was all about powerful women, very sad that it was cancelled

Rienzi Bartolomeu You have to consider the entire story of her life. This is what makes Marvel amazing. They ended her character arc perfectly Her self righteous ambitions was beaten into her by Dorothy from when she was a child. Ever since she got her powers, those ambitions turned into reality.
shes had hero syndrome her whole life growing up with jess and always trying to tell her what to do with her powers. she literally has had this coming for years. she never had an ounce of control in her own life because of her mom and dad and the last thing someone with no concept of control needs is more power.
Trish Walker is clearly my Favorite Charactere, I really love her ❤👑

No they didnt, she is not dead, so theres always a chance that she will come back , I think that she is very interesting character and I like what they did with her,now that I watched the show second time I saw how they actually hinted iwhere she ends up from the beginning, I hope that they bring the show back , Jessica was also such a great character , one of the heros that I can finally empathize with :D I like that allthe characters had their mistakes and strenghts this show was full of powerful women :)
Wow that was unexpectiing! and Ialso love you made it about Trish. she's rather a compelling character. I knew she was going on a darker path, and i still don't think that makes her murderer _perse_ because tbh i wanted that bitch killed. i feel wrong saying this but I was on her side instead of jessica's, and i understood where she was coming from. he just brutally murdered her mother. also Sallinger could have gone free, easily + she just killed murderers.s he reminds me more or less of the punisher. Again, amazing job all around
I really planned to make a Jessica/Trish or Jessica solo video but after watching this season it was pretty clear it was Trish's season and time to shine so I couldn't just abandon her like that. Finally she got a very interesting arc even if it was a dark one, I did agree with her as well as with Jess. It was difficult at times because they had many chances to just talk it out but whenever they tried it didn't work and that's what I LOVE about the show. They're not letting us get what we want so easily and that's just how the story works. I'm glad you enjoyed it!
I didnt feel sorry for Trish when her mother died because she had just killed Jessicas mother...in a most cruel way...first thing I thought was "now you know how it feels..." but I love the character,she is soo interesting character and great villain for Jessica because Jessica loves her , that makes it personal ,I hope that they bring the show back :( Trish is alive, so theres always a chance that they bring her back

Trish, The Real Hero
I like Jessica Jones but Trish "Hellcat" Walker is certainly the big surprise of her series. She is so much better in Netflix's version than in the previous ones- this particular blend of vulnerability + former victim + nice girl + edginess + spectacular action powers + etc is bloody great. She makes a fucking perfect (anti)heroe. Whish they let her do her time, deal with her pain and traumas (mother's torture and murder, sexual assault as a teenager, her bad guy killings), redeem and be back as the ethically intense heroe she was meant to be. Fue muy triste el final de Trish, me hubiera gustado verla con los defensores pero fue merecido su final y por una parte justificado ya que había pasado por demasiadas cosas que la hicieron asi y con ese pensamiento de justicia.

I think everyone in this show is being so hard on Trish, the only thing she wants to do is be a hero, she only kills bad guys, she didn’t mean to kill them in the first place, didn’t Jessica accidentally kill a man in season 2 and try to make it look like a suicide? I mean... I like them both, but why do they all act like Trish is a monster?
Modern Super hero comics constantly have heroes condemning each other for not living up to their own personal standards...the writers constantly trying to ram this "taking no action is the best action" agenda down your throat. Let the whole world go to hell as long as you personally dont do anything that could be considered bad.
She wanted to be a hero for the wrong reason, she didn't killed but harmed a lot of innocent people and he was killing every time more easily, at the end she was ok with killing her own sister who always helped her just to get her way, yes hse was a bad guy.

Just one more thing to express my anger about what they did to Trish in final season. Throughout the show,all she wanted was to be a hero and stand at her sister's side..and then to turn her into so to turn her into a unhinged person was just wrong. I truly think Trish should get a Spinoff series..if the writers are going to fuck her over like this,the least they could do is allow us to see her path of redemption. Not that she needs it..she did nothing wrong.
The writers didn’t do anything to her. Trish was always like this. Not only because of the flashback that they showed in season three, but you also saw hints of her trying to be a super hero beforehand. When she started training to defend herself against killgrave, when she took Simpson’s pills, when she took the enhancer but she never did this to be a hero. Throughout the entire season, Jessica Jones despised the word hero. And in the final scene when she was about to leave everything behind she stopped and finally excepted her role as a hero. Trish was nothing like that. She always had the self righteous ambitions that was beaten into her by Dorothy. Those ambitions sooner became reality. Also don’t forget about when she killed Jessica‘s mom, and went through the operation to get super powers. Trish was always like this, but once she received those powers, she allowed heralded to cross her orb moral event horizon.

More like Full on Punisher. She is clearly like punisher. She is a anti hero. Frank and Trish are both heroic but both also want revenge and justice. But they both fell into darkness making them into Anti Heroes
