@@SiemensPLCTraining2021 I have a machine that fills paste into a tube. It has 10 stations. In the station after the fill station I want to have a laser sensor that will look into the tube and detect product. If no product is present it will open a diverter flap into a reject bin, 4 stations later at the ejection station. Have a working program done on a Logo8. But I'm looking to use a S7 1200 PLC and I'm struggling with the shift register setup in TIA.
thanks Mike, If it is possible put also another programs also for us. different kinds of program somehow that we can also learn the principles of programming. i really like your vedios and follow them. again thanks .
paolo kolio don’t worry about the naming of the transitions and steps. TIA will automatically name any new step or transition with the next “free” numbers. You can rename them if you want, so they make more sense, or not. It’s absolutely up to you. For troubleshooting though, it’s better to have them named in order. Always think about the people that have to work with your software later, meaning maintenance staff
