It reminds me of my dad's friend who went to the nursing school... He was the only guy in the entire school. I don't know whether he had dropped out or not but my dad said his friend got a bit traumatised on the first day (btw... at the time, you started nursing school from first year of hs - it's not like that anymore, this was in the late 70s... and eastern europe)
The fact I had a moment of "Hunter? Is that you?" Because I was in this same class and we also had only one male student by the name of Hunter. We all knew his name because he stood out among us ladies. I guess thats just a thing, really it would be cooler if more guys took such classes and those who did wouldn't have to stand out like that. Hunter was cool tho, stuck out the whole class and made lady friends, so he's got more guts than Ver did lol.
Comment is a bit weirdly worded at the end so if it confused you here's more words: while I say he "stood out" as in he was obviously different, when I say he "stuck out" the class, despite that having the same meaning, I'm using its secondary meaning as persevering or continuing something difficult/awkward. Because Ver dropped the class and Hunter didn't. This also is one of many reasons I'm confident Ver isn't actually Hunter, I wouldn't say the name if I thought that he was because no Vtuber wants randos online to identify them or even try.
I don't think I've had them that numerous, but I think I've gone through a major uni class or two or a few under Creative Writing where I'm the only dude student alongside a group of lady ones. But to my surprise, I got through all that just fine even with how I'm such a dudebro nerd who spent all his high school years in an all-boys school. I guess it's survival instincts that got me through all that, hahaha~ X"D Also, I'm reminded of my mom being the only lady in her Electrical Engineering batch in uni. Considering how such a go-getter she was (and still is), I can see how she managed to get through all that even to the point of getting licensed. 🤩
"I am introverted" // "This is awkward" Not to play into the notion that "if guys and girls exist in the same room, there must be smeggs" but introversion and awkwardness are the pillars of the harem genre
I am a guy who take psychology major and 80% of my classmate are girl. Makes me wonder why many guy dont really have big interest in psychology
Feelings are for Girls™️ mentality is really strong in most cultures 😭
toxic masculinity probably
Meanwhile I'm in engineering with 80% guys. It do be like that sometimes

As someone who also took Psych classes I was also in a similar situation as Ver. And I'm gay which made it even funnier for me. 😂
