@Salty Pops I lowered the CW down to 15% and raised the mid day to UV = 51 V = 61 RB = 97 B = 92 Tank is 17.7 tall Prime 16HD is 11" off the water surface. Would you lower it an inch? I've got a par meter and lots of zoa's, Monti sticks and plating montipora, and lps corals. What's your thoughts and also I'd like to give this program of your's a shot. I really love the start and end of day pop in the corals. Id say the best I've seen out of all the other files from the AI Hydra group. Thanks SP and have a great day man!
I think this sounds great. I’ve had a few people completely remove the white and run just the blue all day. But personal opinion is at least some white provides benefit, so I like that you kept a bit. Should give you a Blue Plus bulb look mid day. As for height, really depends on width of tank, if your light is spilling into the room, you are losing valuable light. You mentioned you have a par meter, check at both heights is your best bet. Enjoy the program. Remember to run acclimation mode if you are switching on a tank with corals already in it. Start at a similar par / intensity that your corals are used to.
I highly recommend a single reefbrite lumilte strip for the craziest pop I've seen. Just a standard lumilite; not the lumilite pro.
