@@scottlawson8735 you take one class with cooking, you learn how to properly hold a knife, cutting techniques, you get a scale to learn how to weigh out your ingredients, etc…you take another class to learn how to operate a business. But you have a choice to take different courses you can check it out on their website

They send you all the spices but like anything else as flour butter stuff like that you have to get

It would help if culinary students had a basic knowledge of what their equipment is called and how to put on a chef coat
