This vehicle is performing FANTASTIC with only all-season tires on it...!!! and not dedicated winter tires. Especially in nearly a foot of un-plowed fresh snow. I can only imagine what winter tires would do. DEFINITELY a vehicle on my new car list FOR SURE.
I had a 2017 Ford escape titanium and the seats Hert my back it's got really poor padding and the ride is really bumpy with the 19" wheels but it's a good cuv and it's drinks gas
@@timberlinecline3667 I ended up getting a 2015 Lincoln MKC AWD with the 2.0 engine. And it's a fantastically comfortable vehicle. I guess that's the difference between Ford and Lincoln.
I’ve got a 2018 escape with the AWD system, this video proving, they do fantastic in snow, you can cruise along in 5 to 6 inches of snow in all season tires with no issues, it’s insane. That being said I would highly recommend getting one with AWD if you live in an environment with snow and ice, which it also does fantastic on. I’ve never gotten stuck or slid off the road since I bought it, which was in November of 2017, and Wisconsin has had a couple bad winters since then. These cars stick to the road like a sports car as well, though it’s still an suv, so don’t get too out of control. Overall fantastic car and would definitely recommend the AWD. It’s worth the money
This melody is annoying vomiting BS! Listen Ronald Jenkees "Synth one" is way way better! Allan Walker is just amature student compare to genius Ronald Jenkees💙
There's about 4, maybe 5 inches of snow here, at best. Not 10 inches. This car has about 8 inches ground clearance and when we see it from afar, there's still plenty of space between the snow on the ground under it and the car bottom. When the car drives closer, we can clearly see that there's snow up to about an inch or so past the bottom of the rim, so yeah, about 4 or 5 inches of snow there. That being said, nice review and great car
That`s a Ford Escape 2.0L ecoboost AWD.. I have a 2013 Ford Escape 2.0L ecoboost 4WD... Drove all last winter in PA. with just Tiger Paw all season on and had no problems
I have the same 2017 titanium and I am always looking for snow videos I got Nokian hakkapalita 9 studded tires and I never ever got stuck I live in Canada went to the mountains in Banff the escape never ever felt like it was not in control it's really great
This vehicle was tested in Canada,Alberta in February 2018. Ford Escape equipped with Continental all season tires which giving less traction control on snowy and icy road then good winter tires.
Which means if it's the stock OEM tires the vehicle came with. Which i'm pretty sure it did. Then this vehicle is performing FANTASTIC with only all-season tires on it and not dedicated winter tires. Especially in nearly a foot of un-plowed fresh snow. I can only imagine what winter tires would do.

There is a difference in the 4WD technology from those years. The newer versions technology is better on how it distributes the power to each wheel
Put snow tires on them and their practically unstoppable

Going thru the deep snow the underbody cover scoops up the snow were it is meant give an extra amount of airflow to cool the engine and transmission.
How many times you need 4x4? Just once when you need to test it.
