OMG, Shellie, you're killing me with this album. It's beyond spectacular and filled with lots of places to put photos, however, the areas where you have beautiful cardstock, I couldn't see myself covering them up with anything. You absolutely took my breath away with this one -- TOO!! TFS your wonderful talent.
Shellie, it is a real pleasure watching you make your albums. Your directions are clear and concise and really easy to follow, and your albums are stunning. Thanks so much all the way from South Africa
Shellie, this is one of your most beautiful and inspiring albums. The size is just the size I need for a family heritage album. I am very excited for to get started. Thank you.
Of all the interesting pages in this album, the last page is really drawing my attention! Love the colors and the design of that triple pocket. Nice work! Interesting paper collection!
Hi Shellie I love, love it. I was going to start a wedding album with Prima Misty Rose, but I love your ideas so much better. I’m just worried where to start figuring out how to cut the paper and if I have enough. Time to get this old brain to work. Love, love it.
How many papers are in the Misty Rose pad? I can't remember. If you have over 30 sheets, you should be fine but you may want to add some solid colored cardstock like I did for extra picture mats.
Shellie Geigle - J & S Hobbies and Crafts hi, thank you for the quick reply. There are 24 sheets per pack, I have two, plus I purchased the A4 pack which has 30 sheets. I also bought the journal cards, which are very small, and I planed on using plain burgundy card stock. So do think I should purchase another 12x12 pack? Also I checked your store and can’t find the Heartfelt Classic, and Delicate borders. Thank you in advance. Cheryl
Shellie Geigle - J & S Hobbies and Crafts ok great thank you so much. Can’t wait to see what you come up with next. I’m looking forward to starting the wedding album, making it for my grandson and his sweet wife to be. Thank you again for the quick reply, Cheryl
What a stunning album, wow!!! I love all your tutorials, this is the 3rd one i am making. You make it so easy to follow, thanks for your hard work.I wish i could buy from your store, but shipping is too expensive to germany..You are so talented and so calming :) greetings from germany ,black forrest
Hi Ingrid. Thank you . International shipping is so expensive , I agree. We sometimes just have to get what's available in our area to make some of these albums affordable. Have a great week! Hugs
Just so very amazing album and also your teaching and instructions 😍😍😍 really flawless and marvellously made.just speechless I'm glad I'm getting to learn the album so precisely and it's really generous of you to share it so beautifully Lots of love from India
Beautiful album Shellie. I can't imagine where you get all your ideas from. You are very talented. Paper is so nice it would be a shame to put pictures on some of it. Thanks for sharing this album.
Can’t stay for entire video but I have seen most of it and I think it is so absolutely stunning! Golly, the thought that went into this is amazing! You did a fabulous job. Actually I made it through the entire album! Just love it too! Tyfs xx🤗🤗
Gorgeous album Shellie!!!❤️😍 I get so excited when you have a new tutorial out! Do you know when you’ll be getting more of the Heartfelt Creations Elegant Pocket Accents Die in?
Shellie how did you put black on your ruller ? I have black contact paper and can glue or use scor tape. I love the ruler but can’t see the measurement and see you have added black tape to it. Thank you so much for your tutorials. I really love this one. ❤️
Judy - I cut a 2" x 12" piece of black cardstock and taped it to the back so I can remove it when I need the clear to see underneath. Make sure when you are laying the 12" long piece, you line up the edge of cardstock with the starting point on the ruler (not the far edge). :)
My. Girlfriend and I worked on our albums all this week......it was quite a challenge.....bought the correct paper packs but the backs of the papers didn't match your set.....we made do and finished the albums and absolutely love them.....was crazy that the papers didn't match though....never had that happen before
No this time I bought them in Canada.....never had a problem with this supplier before but will let them know.....next time will purchase from you again......that's what I get for being in a hurry
Love your tutorials!!! Very detailed and easy to follow. Im a beginner and have already attempted one of your projects however I got some tearing on the spine piece not sure why. Any suggestions/recommendations?? Thanks
I just love your videos, I'm new to scrapbooking and have watch many videos. My question is how does your pages hold up with the Constance turning of the pages.Do you use heavy paper?
Hi Colleen. On this album you must use 85# cardstock or better for your base pages and hinges, plus Tyvek on the hinging. Yes, it holds up . Absolutely. Watch the materials list right after I show the project. It goes over all that. Happy Crafting and thanks for visiting my channel
Hi from Down Under Shellie, i would really, really love one of your rulers. Do you have any distributors in Australia I could get one from? Thanks so much xx
Hi Shellie, I'm on page 1 of this tutorial and noticed a discrepancy. You state on the video for the Pg 1, the Fold Out we are to cut 2 pieces of #80 lb cardstock at, 6-1/4 x 8-1/4 but your download instructions state, 6-1/2 x 8-14. I'm not sure which is correct or am I reading something wrong. I am loving this album and enjoying make it.
Dorothy Wood - I’m not sure what a good alternative is that I’ve actually used I recommend tyvek but some people don’t use it at all, I’ve heard some say they use duct tape
I’m really excited to follow this beautiful tutorial! I have a quick question if you don’t mind...I don’t have black chipboard, I have the natural color so at what point would I cover it? This is only my second album so I’m still very new and didn’t know if I do it before the Tyvek goes down or before...thank you so much!
Rita Gallegos I didn’t wrap album in this tutorial. You can just use natural chipboard. Only a sliver around will album will show outside and should look fine. You can also ink the edges of your natural chipboard with black ink if you are worried natural won’t look good 🤗
This is an awesome album, this will be my very first ever album. I cannot for the life of me find the supplies list on your blog, I've looked under April 2019 until I'm near blind and I can't find it, is it still there? Thanks so much
Send me an email. I can send that to you. Normally the js hobbies office has all my pdf’s but I think I have that. My email is Shellie@jshobbiesandcrafts.com
Hello Shellie from UK. This album is stunning and as I have the papers I would love to make it. I can’t find the material and cutting guide on your Blog. Please help Mary
choclitsuga I didn’t count but there’s a lot since you can also stuff several picture mats in pockets and tuck area. The first page holds 10 in the mini book, a couple behind the tuck, several in the pocket on inside and then on the layout page. If you review the album again you can see and kind of count or estimate for your size photos
HI SHELLIE--- can you tell me where i can find the cutting guide and supplies list for this album? i have looked thru all of your 2019 tutorials...and cannot find. Thank you
Just watching this video in 2022. I want to make this. When I click the link to the supplies and cutting guide it takes me to the blog but I can't find this particular album cutting guide. Can anyone help me please?

hi shellie---i would like to make this as a gift...i noticed u don't have extra large rope dritz...will u be getting more? if not..can i use any you have that is extra large?
Hello, gorgeous album! When I was re-creating this album I noticed that a mistake can easily be made at 1 hour and 24 minutes when cutting the bees and clocks page. I made the mistake of turning my paper twice and got the wrong cut. Please make sure you keep a 12 inch length of your paper.
Jocelyne Geelen that’s the first time this has come to my attention since this video was released some time ago . Do you know the time stamp in the video and was it in part 2?
@@ShellieGeigle nvm, the mistake was mine. Time stamp is 1 hour 24 minutes part 1. I got confused I think because you say turn it sideways, and for the second cut you say turn it sideways again. Since I am not a native speaker of English I got thrown of there. I solved it with a leftover piece however. I'll adjust my comment accordingly. Thank you for responding.
Dear Mrs Geigle, I have searched on your blog and tutorials list for the materials list on this album but it says "can not be found" How do I acquire the needed scoring list and materials list then? I want to make this one for my cousins wedding

Hi Shellie, do you make your pages out of black 65lb or 110pd cardstock. Which is best to use? Thanks
Hi Auria, in the video’ beginning I go over materials I used. But If I had to choose between 65 and 110 lb, it would be 110lb for this large album.
