@@sammyssandwichthats always going to be true, seminars about drugs and criminality at school will also always trigger some kids into doing it. The problem is these people are going to look for, and find it even without someone telling them where to find it. Its important for the people who do not know these things to have the ability to recognize them because they are more likely to actually do something about it. Lots of my friends are having babies soon and now that i know what to look out for i can tell them and even potentially identify the ones that would do unspeakable things with their children (which i cant see them doing it but i dont know all their relatives or friends). Peace
I totally agree. I was in introduced to the internet with no limitations whatsoever at a young age and I quickly delved into... suspicious content. I never had an issue with it interfering with my life, as I still was able to be social and I never saw it as an issue. I still had meaningful relationships regardless, but it also made it difficult to ejaculate without porn and progressively made it less intense. Porn is the addiction, and I think it’s important to advocate and open up more about this crutch that seems so common place in today’s world.
@Matem8. yeah, I bet a lot of people in my school, you know, it's crazy. And I'm not saying I haven't, but me and my friends would joke about our "addiction" as more years pass, I think younger kids start doing this things.
Hi Lucid! I just turned 17 today lol, and I've been having the same problem for like..5 years now...this video you made will definitely help me quit...thank you lucid
Im a 12 year old kid or just turned 12 I haven't hit puberty or urges or anything like that but I will keep this when I do hit puberty thanks lucid hopefully lucid reads this
I was kind of addicted to doing that too, still kind of am, but it's not that hard to overcome if you just try to go as long as you can without doing so being religious also helps when you figure every time you pleasure yourself, you're displeasing your creator. I said i'd stop doing that at the beginning of 2023, went about 28 days and failed, next day, same thing, then I stopped again for about a week, failed, around a week again, failed, but now it's been about 3 weeks, I think, I can't keep track of time anymore Im stuck in this simulation of school, no i'm not one of those matrix people but school is 100% a simulation
Same, I actually considered myself innocent compared to a lot of kids around my age at that time, like I was still having fun playing on my survival Minecraft world and just having a grand old time working on my house, now I'm 19
Im the same age and i started doing it but now i started nofap and i really see now how it affected me with everyday things in life. Remember if you’re doing nofap think of this “Don’t count the days, make the days count.”
My problem was i tried to stop all at once, bad eating habits, masturbation, bad sleeping habits, and ended up failing and retrying hundreds of times. Eventually i was able to do it, but it took 6 years
This is truly problem in today's society and I'm glad this has been talked more openly on social media so young people can say there is addiction as this 13 year old rather when you are 17 and think you might have addiction and struggle stopping fapping long time. I can say any kind of sport or any kind exercise helps urge to fap.
The first thing to do when starting your journey is tell yourself that whatever happens do not use your phone to do the deed. So as your first baby step goals honestly just tell youself to only use your fantasy. It helped to long less for new things and calmed down the day to day urge.
Im only 14 and can't resist doing it at night. Its a struggle to not do it and relieves my stress but I still think its a big problem seeing as im doing it everyday. This motivates me to stop, thank you
aye bro, if you still fighting your urges you can always try - Meditate - Workout (about 15 mins a day) - Learn new things like languages etc These are just somethings you can do, but trust me if you want a good picture on how bad this is it alters your brain chemistry
@@9ark. i do the same thing right before i go to bed shit knocks me out im not doing it anytime throughout the day and i never watch actual vdieos so idk
Same. I feel like the problem for me is how much of an influence I have to it. For me when I don't, after the next day I am a lot more energized and I just annoy myself. I annoy myself because I feel like I annoy other people. When I do though, the following days I am a lot more relaxed. Seriously, people have tried at school to get me angry, spilled my drink, took my chips, etc. They then got mad because they couldn't get me mad. It's just calming to me. It's not even much of an addiction (still is duh) I could stop for days on end. It's just how annoyed I with myself.
I've had the same thing... I went from 4 times a day to 0.5 times a day in a week. I was 3 when I realised and now, one year later, I feel so much better. I would recommend everyone to follow this.
I am 12 years old and I suffer the same problem, however I have challenged myself 14 days of NoFap and I did it in the beginning of this year. Being aware is better than nothing.
Its so sad that at such young age you get por* exposure like that, specially to a point of addiction.. and i think even younger people are .. it should be banned if under 18
Shut your throat. Porn and Masturbation is never good for you and never will be. It's not normal, It's not natural, and It's disgusting. The worst tip is to do it on moderation, that's how a lot of people get addicted in the first place. I'm also struggling with this problem and I regret myself more and more each time i do it. I felt so disgusted at myself once the post-fap clearance hits. I would never give anyone this advice. This advice is literal propaganda, it's purpose is to make you fall to it's trap. Tell me if I'm wrong. Some people say Fapping increases testosterone but we all know that's a bunch of bullshit propaganda. NOFAP INCREASES TESTOSTERONE IF YOU SUCCEED!! these propaganda is meant to make people lose and fall. These are one of the challenges we face on the way to victory.
4:56 bro that’s the same as me. Oh Lord my God, please help me overcome this addiction. Thank you, Lucid, for being the first step I took toward becoming a child of God. You were sent by Him to me and many other boys, I know it. God bless!
Because of you, i started nofap and my life changed. It has become a habit. Getting attention from girls and become fearless to any life's challanges is the benefits I liked the most.
Thank you Lucid. I've come to realize that pornography is a parasite spreading to our younger generations. I also have a problem with this. Your words really made me wake up and from now on I will stop with pornography.
its easier than people think just adopt the right mindset think about how god is watching you and all the faces you make i was once adicted but know i am free of this curse
Bro it's the reality with so many children nowadays, I'm 13 and I did it 4 times one day, I have controlled myself, and haven't done it for a day, I used to do it 2-3 times per day, I really hate myself for it cuz It ruins my views to women, and ruins me as a person, the internet is a scary place
I did it first at 12 out of curiosity and man i was doing it like 10-5 times a day without knowing anything still struggling but its my biggest regret ever
@@BlazeOfKakarot It is triggered by woman on social media like twitter, instagram, or tik tok? I believe woman being sexual online is a big problem with why so many kids are being addicted now days
@@jr6905 well sometimes it is, mostly it's just because they're alone in bed and bored, and randomly there's a big urge to nut, that leads the way until they end up on pornhub or some hentai site, the urges is really the worst part, cuz at that point your not thinking with your brain, horniness as taken over, it's really hard to beat the urge, takes a lot of discipline, so what I'm doing rn is trying not to get the urge in the first place
Masturbation in and of itself is absolutely normal. The problem is it has been tied to watching porn, which is where the mental issues and addiction comes from. Schools need to revamp their sex ed curriculums to teach that porn and masturbation do NOT go hand in hand (pardon the pun) and that porn can be extremely addictive and detrimental.
I beat my masturbation addiction pretty easily tbh. All I did was acquire a crippling addiction to opiates since they absolutely kill your sex drive. I havent touched myself in a very VERY long time, very proud of myself 😀

Porn is the addiction, and I think it’s important to advocate and open up more about this crutch that seems so common place in today’s world.
im 13 and i pretty sure half the people i know have this addiction

@Matem8. yeah, I bet a lot of people in my school, you know, it's crazy. And I'm not saying I haven't, but me and my friends would joke about our "addiction" as more years pass, I think younger kids start doing this things.

I wish people wouldn’t treat this as normal. It’s not normal
Eventually i was able to do it, but it took 6 years
The harder the battle, the more rewarding the victory.
Not in this Situation.
This is truly problem in today's society and I'm glad this has been talked more openly on social media so young people can say there is addiction as this 13 year old rather when you are 17 and think you might have addiction and struggle stopping fapping long time. The first thing to do when starting your journey is tell yourself that whatever happens do not use your phone to do the deed. So as your first baby step goals honestly just tell youself to only use your fantasy. It helped to long less for new things and calmed down the day to day urge.
The biggest helper for me was uninstalling TikTok. I strongly advise.
Im only 14 and can't resist doing it at night. Its a struggle to not do it and relieves my stress but I still think its a big problem seeing as im doing it everyday. This motivates me to stop, thank you
aye bro, if you still fighting your urges you can always try
- Meditate
- Workout (about 15 mins a day)
- Learn new things like languages etc
These are just somethings you can do, but trust me if you want a good picture on how bad this is it alters your brain chemistry
Just open a browser where you usually go to do and and have a browser opened with a message telling your future self to stop, ez
heres ur reminder to not do it today
@@9ark. i do the same thing right before i go to bed shit knocks me out im not doing it anytime throughout the day and i never watch actual vdieos so idk
How do you half jerk off?????
Thank you. I've just turned 13 and this is going to help me a lot.

Best tip is just do it in moderation, it can be healthy and is natural, just not when done too much
Shut your throat.
