This is truly some of the best art I have witnessed in a long time. The game just makes you smile which is something rare in itself.
and sprites animation are so fluid and there is so much variety of it :3 makes game feel alive

I don’t know, the last western CT like hasn’t been so good. I think a merit of a game should be judged by what unique thing it does instead of what it mimics
@@saynotop2w That's not what I meant at all. I didn't mean it's great because it mimics chrono trigger, just that it gives me some similar vibes and I like those vibes. Also the demo made the game feel really promising.

This game has, in my opinion, the best looking pixel art out of any game EVER. And I've played the demo, and the gameplay is nothing to scoff at either. The mechanics are really fun. I will be getting this ASAP!

So excited. Kickstarted this game and loved seeing the development updates. Can’t wait to play it. The Messenger was such a banger, and I’m sure this one will be incredible as well.
Definitely a Day 1 purchase. Love the art style and music. Played the demo again just last week.

Golden Sun was so ridiculously ahead of it's time that I didn't even realize it as a teen while having an employee grab that old school, physical, cardboard GBA box out from behind the glass case at Wal-Mart.
I had no idea it would be at the very top of best games I ever played. I would even go has far to say contender for the number one spot. It was like the fountain of life of games. Continuously refreshing and timeless. I wonder how many walked by that master piece never knowing how infinitely deep and high that game would take you.
It would be an unknown tragedy to be one who never played Golden Sun or never even heard of it.
This game has found and pressed every nostalgia button I have, including a few I didn't even know were there. So happy we're finally coming up on launch day. 😀
Out of all the games coming out this year this is the one I’ve most been looking forward to.
I played the demo for this game, the combat system is interesting and the environments are beautiful.

One week away. Man, this game was already my Indie GOTY before release so I'm ready to finally play this masterpiece.

This demo got me even more hyped since I first saw the trailer. Strong chrono trigger vibes! This is not only a beautiful masterpiece of gorgeous set pieces and music that's ear candy, but the gameplay and humor, chars are so good! Can't wait for August 29th!

Wow… this looks f’ing amazing! The pixel art!! The art style in general! I love it! RPG’s in this style are my absolute favorite.. though I personally prefer action RPGs over those with turn based combat, IF turn based combat is done right, and doesn’t require monotonous, redundant grinding, then it can be great. I especially don’t like when games have persistent blind encounters with enemies whilst traversing the map, where you are forced to fight an enemy with every 2 steps you take lol.. at least this doesn’t appear to have the whole blind encounter thing..I just personally prefer the simplistic sword slashing combat in games such as Zelda A Link to the Past, Secret of Mana, Illusion of Gaia, etc… Earthbound was one turn based RPG that had a cool turn based system. Simple, and also unique with the scaling HP when you take damage. But yeah, this is just my personal preference, but I definitely look forward to this game! It looks f’ing beautiful.
