We stayed there in March 2023 and its every bit as good as it looks. The food was fantastic and all the facilities were spotless. We enjoyed it so much we are going back again later this year.

We stayed here last week, it’s a lovely hotel. The premium part is best for couples. We didn’t think it was as nice as H10 White Suites. The peppers they cook at breakfast are really nice. The spa is well worth a visit.
Must be the same group but we stayed in the Elba Sunset in Palma Nova, Mallorca last august for 10 nights. Excellent quality hotel. This looks on a par. 👍👍

We are due to visit the Plus Fariones Suite Hotel August 7th but have heard its still not finished. Getting worried now as I'm not getting any response from the Hotel and Jet2 say it will be open. Due you have any information that may be able to assist.

If you get a chance to see the 4 * vik San Antonio Hotel, Puerto del Carmen Lanzarote , I've heard great reviews , but noone actually did a full tour yet , so if you get a chance be great 🤞🤞🤞
Stayed there at Easter never again 20 to 30 minutes queue for drinks was served raw chicken on several occasions dirty tables in restaurant not enough staff on dirty plastic glasses for your drinks most were chipped food was poor loads of people complaining about raw food management not bothered it’s all about the money go elsewhere not even 2 star
Having stayed here back in May/June I tend to disagree with some of the points made in this video. The pool area was not clean at this time, lots of reviews saying the same thing, the pool area was a mess. The queues at the pool bar was a joke and generally the hotel was a huge letdown. Such a shame as it genuinely could be lovely, lots of lovely staff but not enough staff full stop. Reception staff are rude and unhelpful and the TUI/Jet2 reps have their hands tied with trying to resolve issues due to this. Food is ok but plates and cutlery are often dirty too. Lots of reviews around School Holidays seem to be the same , so be aware when booking at peak times. There was also things going ' missing ' from hotel rooms so lock up your valuables! Wouldn't return even with a heavy discount I'm afraid!

According to the hotel management and Jet2 it is opening on the 20th July but I think the date has moved many times already so not confident.

Im not 100% on the aircon I think just a fan
All the apartments have aircon as well as the fan - to be honest the fan is rubbish, looked good but the aircon unit did all the work
