Love all of your work. My favorite plushie are your dragons, least fave is the manatee but with your embroidered eyes it would take on a personality. Q & A..What excites you most about your craft...the act of doing , personalizing your design, the meeting of folks at the fairs, relationships made , the dollar reward???? I loved this mega "show and tell" style video. Was so fun to see all the newer patterns. Taking notes and making my wish list. I had so many favorites, my list is almost as long as the one you had. I also liked how organized you were presenting the plushies and the information on where we can find them. Made the video flow and the time go pretty fast. Know you know what you're doing, but just letting you know I appreciate your style And this type of video.

That’s a lot of stock! You and Sue will need a dedicated space just for dragons. Some of my favs are the fruit turtles and little birds. Love the monkeys too. And opossums 😂…basically everything except spiders. Even crochet spiders freak me out😂.
Those darn spiders 🤣 I think Sue has sold all but 1 of her dragons. So I will have the dragon monopoly!

Awesome inventory. You can definitely do like 5 markets with all of that. 😯 You can do a market before October. By October you will probably have a lot more. Everything looks amazing. I think your medium/large items could be price higher, you do such a good job with your plushies, all the time and details you put into them it shows. You do amazing plushies. ❤️ Value your time and investment. I love your videos. ❤️

Such a fun video!! I took some of my older stock that hasn’t been selling and made mystery bags. I stick a $25 price tag on it and put $40-50 worth of stuff in there. And they sell out SO fast Technically you’re losing money but, it’s stuff that wasn’t selling anyway so I’m not really losing money. It’s great for one offs and makes space for more popular items. Just something to consider!
Great Idea. I was planning on mystery boxes but at a lower price point. I think your way might clear them out faster.

This, was a lot of work it took the entire day plus late into the night with editing. I cut out a lot of fluff and it was still 1 1/2 hours 😂

Cool! There are not many markets where I live and the ones there are charge $100 for a booth space. I wish I could sale all I've made too!
$100 isn't bad if they have traffic!! I would go as a consumer just to see what kind of traffic and what others are selling.

So far we have decided to use 2 different color tags. Keep the tags after the sale. One of us will handle credit card transactions just to keep it easy. We are still figuring out the rest.

Stocking up on inventory is just getting old some days and making orders as they come in (especially something simple like scrunchies) seems to be easier on my brain. Thank you for being awesome

I don’t want to sound rude however, I don’t know if you realize the way you talk about Crochet by Genna’s patterns, it gives a strong impression that you do not care for them at all. And I mean really don’t like them. I have noticed that in this video and past videos.
