Today we are going to work on your solar plexus and heart chakras with the beautiful carnelian crystal.
For the solar plexus chakra, carnelian is used to help ground you, and to help you find your self-confidence.
For the heart chakra, it is used to help calm the emotions, especially those of anger and frustration. It is also used to help heal the heart chakra, as well as purify it.

Wow I definitely need this , I’m a full time caretaker for my elderly mother and she is constantly negative with her emotions and everything else and pushes me to snap and get angry and frustrated With stress headaches sometimes as well what a awesome find tonight .
