The pork rolls look delicious. When cooked they resembed giant shrimp for a moment with the enoki mushrooms looking like the legs. 🍤
Fish does not taste fishy until it's gone bad or has been fermented or smoked. Its odd that you were unsure of it beforehand but probably loved shrimp paste and dried fish in the Philippines.
